Ordered a pair of women's shoes in size 5UK/38. They are hilariously huge. Sizing them up against my OH's shoes I would say they are actually around a UK 8. Unless I chose to change careers and join the circus they are absolutely useless. They make returns virtually impossible so it's a loss for me and a gain for a woman with quite large feet when they buy them from the charity shop to which I will donate them. Rubbish.

I ordered a pair of shoes with an advertised UK delivery time of 7–13 business days. Nearly a month later, I still hadn’t received them.

The company claimed their courier (Relay) had made a delivery attempt, yet they were unable to provide any evidence whatsoever that this actually happened. No photo, no GPS record, no “missed delivery” card, no email, no text message, and no opportunity to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel. The tracking simply said “Delivery unsuccessful” before later showing the parcel as “Lost in Transit” and eventually being returned to the sender.

Despite never delivering the goods, they insisted on deducting 25% of the purchase price under the guise of a “restocking fee”. This is despite the fact that the order never reached me.

I repeatedly explained that an internal company policy does not override consumers’ statutory rights and asked for evidence supporting their position. Kim, the customer service representative handling my case, simply repeated the same scripted response about their policy and ignored every request for evidence.

They eventually processed my refund… minus 25%.

I will now be recovering the deducted amount through my bank.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, questionable delivery practices, inflexible customer service, and a willingness to penalise customers for a parcel they never received.

There are countless reputable retailers selling similar products. I’d strongly recommend spending your money with one of them instead

Do not use this company. They purport to be from Europe but are from China. It’s impossible to cancel the order and if a refund is offered the cost of postage back to China is huge! I advise to be very careful of company’s with London in the title.

I waited weeks for order to arrive.
When it did I realised why, the goods are from China.
The item was awful material, poorly made and a very small size (was meant to be 2xl)probably a size 12.
To return I would have to pay shipping back to China.

Although the wait was long and I was worried about some of the reviews I could not have been more pleased when the dress arrived. The material was absolutely lovely, the garment well made with no flaws. All in all a perfect buy for a summer wedding which I got it for thank you

The website was easy to navigate and use. I got a quick response to my order, and receipt for the money paid. I reserve judgement on the quality of the product, and speed of delivery until my purchase arrives.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has no size guide on the website and falsely claims the company is in Europe when in fact it is in China so makes returns impossible. Also, when the products arrive the sizing is all wrong and the quality is extremely poor. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

If I could give 0 stars I would. Company is based in CHINA not Europe as it claims on website. Dresses arrivd-poor quality and look nothing like they do on website. If you want a refund then they provide na address in China which would cost a fortune

Really poor customer service.
Tried to cancel the order but couldn't.
Then order came and far too small. Tried to return but then told would have to pay returns to China plus all import fees.

Very poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

I purchased two White Linnen Shirts around two weeks ago.
The shirts arrived today.
Very pleased with the quality of these shirts.
Will buy from London Stylehouse again in the future.

Poor quality fabric, everything is so fake
Just wasted £45 for absolutely rubbish.

PLEASE STAY CLEAR.
I must have had brain fog, as I usually read reviews.
I ordered three dresses. Two of the same style in different colours. They were not cut the same one was tighter and shorter than the other. The colours didn't match the photo, they didn't fit or drape like the photo.
The website states 1-3 days delivery if ordered Mon-Fri, which I did. This was in enough time for the event the following weekend. They took 15 days, arriving too late.
You have to contact them to get the returns address. This is when the compromises start.
They'll deduct 25% from refund for admin, the customer pays return postage (which can be more than you paid for the item).
I could have no refund and keep the items, 10% refund and 25% credit note, 15% refund and 75% credit note.
" They want me to feel happy with the outcome "
At no point will you get all your money back.

Product looks good
But unfortunately arrives. too late for function planned

Should get no stars
Finally arrived a month later this is awful and looks very cheap will be returning and this shop isn’t in London its in China. Please read the reviews before you purchase anything from this site.

If there was half stars, that would have been brilliant for me to rate my interaction with this establishment!

The order took longer than expected and when I received the goods, not only was I disappointed, I was offended by the poor quality of the goods!

I contacted them immediately via email and although they are responsive; they try to fob you off with meaningless discounts! I personally declined them all.

I’ve since raised a dispute via my credit card company - it’s the only sensible way forward!

Firstly delivery took absolute ages. Secondly I had to laugh when I opened the package. Dress looks nothing like advert. Awful quality. Shame really. At least some responded when I queried delay.

I ordered two different dresses they took ages to arrive and when they did the quality was so poor I did not want them. They also look nothing like the dresses advertised. They had clearly not checked the factory making the items. I am now attempting to get a refund and they are offereing me a 50% credit note! Very poor. Do not order from them! I wanted to give no stars but it would not let me!

Very poor quality product. Bad sewing - looked more like a home sewing project than a professionally produced one. They do not do refunds . Offer 10% discount to keep or 50% credit note. My advice is don’t buy.

Loved the shorts, they fit perfectly
