If I could give 0 stars I would. Company is based in CHINA not Europe as it claims on website. Dresses arrivd-poor quality and look nothing like they do on website. If you want a refund then they provide na address in China which would cost a fortune
DO NOT USE

Really poor customer service.
Tried to cancel the order but couldn't.
Then order came and far too small. Tried to return but then told would have to pay returns to China plus all import fees.

Very poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

I purchased two White Linnen Shirts around two weeks ago.
The shirts arrived today.
Very pleased with the quality of these shirts.
Will buy from London Stylehouse again in the future.

Poor quality fabric, everything is so fake
Just wasted £45 for absolutely rubbish.

PLEASE STAY CLEAR.
I must have had brain fog, as I usually read reviews.
I ordered three dresses. Two of the same style in different colours. They were not cut the same one was tighter and shorter than the other. The colours didn't match the photo, they didn't fit or drape like the photo.
The website states 1-3 days delivery if ordered Mon-Fri, which I did. This was in enough time for the event the following weekend. They took 15 days, arriving too late.
You have to contact them to get the returns address. This is when the compromises start.
They'll deduct 25% from refund for admin, the customer pays return postage (which can be more than you paid for the item).
I could have no refund and keep the items, 10% refund and 25% credit note, 15% refund and 75% credit note.
" They want me to feel happy with the outcome "
At no point will you get all your money back.

Product looks good
But unfortunately arrives. too late for function planned

Finally arrived a month later this is awful and looks very cheap will be returning and this shop isn’t in London its in China. Please read the reviews before you purchase anything from this site.

If there was half stars, that would have been brilliant for me to rate my interaction with this establishment!

The order took longer than expected and when I received the goods, not only was I disappointed, I was offended by the poor quality of the goods!

I contacted them immediately via email and although they are responsive; they try to fob you off with meaningless discounts! I personally declined them all.

I’ve since raised a dispute via my credit card company - it’s the only sensible way forward!

Firstly delivery took absolute ages. Secondly I had to laugh when I opened the package. Dress looks nothing like advert. Awful quality. Shame really. At least some responded when I queried delay.

I ordered two different dresses they took ages to arrive and when they did the quality was so poor I did not want them. They also look nothing like the dresses advertised. They had clearly not checked the factory making the items. I am now attempting to get a refund and they are offereing me a 50% credit note! Very poor. Do not order from them! I wanted to give no stars but it would not let me!

Very poor quality product. Bad sewing - looked more like a home sewing project than a professionally produced one. They do not do refunds . Offer 10% discount to keep or 50% credit note. My advice is don’t buy.

Loved the shorts, they fit perfectly

I received the dresses I ordered 3 weeks ago, and I’m very disappointed because they are not what I ordered. I specifically ordered the draped style, but the dresses I received are plain instead.
I had to wait 3 weeks for the delivery, only to receive dresses that are not as described on your website. I feel very disappointed and misled by this experience.

Poor quality, an approximate copy done from a photograph, I would guess. Delivery took weeks as it came from China, not UK as was led to believe. Wanted the top for a special occasion, disappointed that it did not arrive in time, but would not have worn it if it had - it's horrible. Not even sure a charity shop will take it.

I would strongly advise people to avoid London Style House. The dress I received was nothing like the one advertised. The material is very poor quality, badly made, and extremely disappointing for the price paid.

Delivery also took far longer than expected. When I contacted customer service to request a return and refund, I was told I would have to send the item back to China at my own expense, which is unreasonable considering the item was misrepresented.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I would not purchase from this company again.

I bought a jumpsuit,the size doesn’t correspond, quality is very low,the delivery waiting time is very long,they advertised they are based in Poland but the returning address is in China.I would not recommend this company unless you want to loose your money.Never again

If I could give no stars I would, completely rubbish after waiting weeks,misleading company who send from abroad, and nit worth sending anything back as this would cost more than the items worth ,oh well certainly wont be ordering again and fortunately it wasn't much ,but be aware basically they sell crap

The website was easy to find i was looking for some glamorous jackets, I picked the one I bought fir the colour and design, it just looked so elegant at an amazing price.
