Our order came within the time frame they expected. They kept us fully informed too. The young man who came to install did a brilliant job and we are very happy with it. He was polite and friendly.

Every part of the service offered by LBC is good, from purchase (Phil), measuring (Fabio) and then the fitting. Polite, clean, professional and reliable. Used them a number of times and always go back. Quality products.

London Blind were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to choose the right blinds for us. They attended as agreed the appointments made to measure and fit the blinds and were always polite and helpful. The fitting was smooth and the fitter was really pleasant. We have been using the London Blind Company for over 20 years now and they have always provided excellent service. Over the years we have placed both window and roof blinds throughout our house. They have provided a wonderful bespoke experience, giving us a range of up to date options to meet our requirements and budget. We have always received very swift and responsive aftercare support when required. From our experience this company comes highly recommended.

The service from start to finish was exemplary! Personal service with small family business feel. Quick appointments to measure up, stuck to timelines quoting then was able to arrange fitting within a couple of days. Phil was friendly and professional. Love the blind, got an electric blind for a sky light, looks really smart and works smoothly and quietly. So pleased we spent the extra for the electric blind, definitely worth it. Thank you Phil, great service. Will definitely be coming back if we need any more.

I contacted London Blind company after being messed around by Hilary's. They sent someone round within a week to measure up (I have unusual windows) and provide some alternative ideas (I'd never heard of vision blinds or allusion blinds before).

I then went to the showroom (you have to book) to pick colors and materials and discuss options with Phil. I then booked a fitting which was only about 3 weeks after booking.

The only negative was that one of the fitters drilled into the wrong part of a wall, which he promptly filled, but there is minor damage nonetheless (albeit hidden by the blinds).

I ordered 1 vision blind (highly recommend), 1 allusion blind and 1 wooden venetian blind (beware - these are very deep and heavy to pull because it is made from high quality materials - something I hadn't properly considered).

Overall I will certainly use London Blind Co again in the future, far superior to Hilary's at a very reasonable price.
