We are so sorry to hear that blood tests were not completed during your appointment as you had anticipated. Upon reviewing your notes, we understand that the clinician explored your symptoms, medical history and completed a comprehensive examination. A working diagnosis was made by our clinician and in your case, you were referred to a specialist for further investigation of the cause of your symptoms where blood tests can be completed if necessary. You were advised to monitor your symptoms and given safety netting advice should your symptoms not improve.
We note that you were satisfied with the clinician's plan at the time of your consultation, and we are deeply sorry if this outcome did not align with your expectations.
We do hope you were able to see a specialist and are now feeling better.

Reassuring and efficient!
Dr Daniel was really attentive, honest and helpful. I felt very listened to and really appreciated the advice I was given. Testing was swift and my results were well explained. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone who has a concern they would like to raise with a faster and higher quality service than their GP.

My personal experience
Everything was fine, starting from the receptionist, who was nice and professional, to the doctor’s medical visit. He was capable to explain everything, trying to be clearer as possibile considering that I’m Italian.
Nothing to complain about.

£167 is what I paid for a fob off!
£167 is what I paid to be told that I don’t have an ear infection and that my blocked ears would clear on their own and if they hadn’t, I should go back in a week if they got worse!
2 days later I ended up at A&E, because I couldn’t hear at all and was in excruciating pain. There they found a serious infection and I have been put onto oral antibiotics as well as an antibiotic spray and a steroid!
That’s what I get for being a foreigner, trying to do the right thing by going private, rather than using the NHS!

Clinic Review
Friendly reception staff, great Doctor. The only reason I’ve not given five starts is due to the 30 minute wait. Appointment was at 13.30 and I wasn’t seen until 2pm. I was the only patient waiting. Other than this excellent, I will be using London Doctor Clinic for all future medical needs.

Easy to book Great value & great advice! Very friendly too!
Booking an appointment with GP was easy and straightforward. 10 mins or so later the video consultation started. GP was very experienced and friendly. She provided a great advice. A lot more than NHS GP did. Her advice helped to decide me what to do next. I took my mum to A & E and they are looking after her. Her sodium and potassium levels were critical. So I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommended!
