Top of their game!! 5 stars every time
We have used London Stone on numerous occasions, from the salespeople at the showroom to the online ordering, to the delivery people, they are all excellent at their job, they are knowledgeable, informative, very helpful, and the communication from all the different departments is fluid and precise. I recommend London Stone every time, and we would not use anywhere else. It's 5 stars all the way from Boiler and Heating Care Ltd and Built with Care Ltd..

Disappointing delivery experience
Disappointing delivery experience
We were expecting our London Stone delivery today. The driver arrived and we agreed where the tiles could be offloaded. However, we were later told that he was unable to get the tiles off the vehicle. He left, telling our builder that he would come back, but unfortunately never returned.
The driver had my contact number and had spoken to me earlier, but did not call to explain the problem or let me know that the delivery would not be completed.
We had contractors scheduled around this delivery, so the failed delivery has caused significant inconvenience and has also affected us financially. At present, we still don't know when the tiles will actually be delivered.
Very disappointing experience so far. I will update this review as the situation progresses and depending on how London Stone resolves the issue.

I would not buy any major item from London Stone. We bought an expensive retractable pergola and when broken at 5 years old they took no responsibility and would not offer any assistance at all. Very disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review.
i have been made aware of the situation with your pergola and that you have been in contact with one of our colleagues, they have replied to you with the below response;
"Thank you for getting in touch regarding the mechanical issue with your Deponti pergola.
We've checked our records and can see that the pergola was purchased from London Stone in March 2021.
Unfortunately, London Stone no longer supplies Deponti products and we no longer have an active trading or technical support relationship with Deponti. As a result, we're not able to obtain replacement components or provide technical support or servicing for the system directly.
Given the age of the pergola, it also appears likely that the relevant manufacturer's warranty period will have expired, although this can vary depending on the particular component involved and Deponti would be best placed to confirm this for you.
We would therefore recommend contacting Deponti directly, as they should be able to advise whether replacement parts are still available and whether they can recommend a current Deponti dealer or engineer who may be able to assist with the repair.
Their current UK contact email is Rugby@deponti.com.
We're sorry that we're unable to assist with the repair directly, but we hope Deponti will be able to point you in the right direction and get the issue resolved."
