Easy to order and very good customer service. The staff were very helpful when we came to pick up our small freezer.

Great price for my dishwasher; considerably cheaper than anyone else

Kept me in the picture with regard to delivery progress. Excellent service.

You took £1000 on my credit card
500 for a freezer you did not have and another £500 for the freezer I ordered
When I asked for the money l was told tesco had already processed the transaction
So I had to pay £1,000 for you mistake and all I got was it was tescos fault. when you should not have taken the money in the first place

Kept me informed throughout. Friendly staff.

We have just had our appliances delivered from Long Eaton Appliance, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From the very first day we visited the showroom, the service was exceptional. The team were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient, taking the time to understand our requirements and provide genuinely useful advice on the appliances we were considering. We never felt pressured and felt confident that we were making the right choices for our new kitchen.

A special mention to Reg and Sean, who delivered our appliances. They were friendly, professional and incredibly careful, taking great care with the appliances and their placement and checking that everything was in perfect condition before leaving.
