By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Broke within a month and for the past 8 months have been sent the same "replacement" part and it still does not work. I continue to get a run around and it takes days to respond and a month to receive the correct parts. Yet my laser STILL doesn't work. I got the top of the line one and its the worst company i have ever dealt with

I have been a customer of Longer for over 4 years now. I have a Longer Ray 5W and it has been running beautifully for 4 years of consistent usage. I have reached out to Longer regarding a wire issue that happens with wear and tear over time and they were very prompt with helping me get what I needed to replace it! For this being the first issue, which isn't even an issue other than wear and tear over the years. I will always recommend Longer to our laser community.

Ho acquistato un Ray5 da 5w ed ho iniziato a fare i primi progetti. Oltre ad esser un buon prodotto, si possono aggiungere molti upgrade per i quali il supporto tecnico è molto preparato e veloce per consigliarti cosa acquistare e come montare i vari upgrade. Sono molto soddisfatto di questo brand e lo consiglio a tutti per iniziare i propri progetti senza spendere troppo.

I bought a Longer Ray5 5W, and the machine is excellent. It offers a very good price-performance ratio, and unlike other devices I own, this one is very robust. It has a built-in air assist port, which is fantastic, allowing me to turn it on or off with just a software command, without any complications. My next upgrade will be the 30W laser, obviously from Longer, to get even more use out of it.
I had a minor issue with the firmware, and the Longer team's response was incredible. The machine was fixed in just 3 hours.
This device is 100% recommended!

Just bought a Longer laser printer, and right out of the box the SD card reader did not read any file for matt. I contacted Longer expecting to get absolutely no help and I was actual able to speak with someone and she listened to my problem and took down the information needed. The longer company contacted me that same day and told me that they would replace the motherboard at no cost and they were sorry for the problem with the machine and gave me a gift package for my trouble, which really was no necessary, but it was very nice of them. The Longer company is the first company I have delt with that has gone above and beyond to give five star service. I would give ten stars if I could, you don't find a company that stands behind their product like Longer does. They were a real pleasure to work with.😍🥰⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have bought the longer nano duo and it turns out to be a very decent machine.it looks real nice being full solid aluminium and it works really well.
I encountered some issues regarding the rotary chuck, after contacting their support team i got instant reply about what and how and got it solved pretty quiqkly, and now that also works really good.i already have made some nice workpieces with it. I would recommend this brand because aftersales and support are also very important to me.

I just received my new Longer Laser Ray5 10W on August 6th. I damaged the red bottom part of the laser module and it could not be repaired. I called Longer Support where I communicated with Maria there. She was very friendly and eager to help me. She worked it out for me to get a replacement. For this I am grateful. Maria was very friendly and helpful and was in contact with me until the situation was resolved.

Ordered a replacement 3d printer part but unfortunately ran into an issue during shipping. I contacted the support team and they were very helpful, working to fix the issue very quickly.

I started out with the 20 watt longer ray5. I was very happy with the performance of the laser. When the 30 watt came out I ordered one and upgraded my system. I've been using it for about a year now. I've been able to work with heavier material with the up grade. I have been impressed with the 30 watts ability. If I decide to upgrade my laser business in the future I will order a laser from Longer. They have been working with me for over 2 years and they always respond in an honest and timely manner. I would highly recommend Longer.

J'utilise ma Longer B1 pour créer des objets en bois et je suis époustouflé par la précision et la puissance de coupe. Les détails de gravure sont superbes, et la machine est assez rapide pour que je puisse enchaîner les projets sereinement .

Le grand plateau de travail est parfait pour mes créations, et je n'ai pas eu de souci technique majeur depuis que je l'ai installée. Un grand merci à Longer pour cet outil qui est devenu un vrai partenaire créatif !

I initially bought a Ray 5 10W engraver and was very happy with the experience. It was a great machine to learn on and get some experience with. After about 1-1/2 years, I upgraded to a B1 30W engraver and have operated it for about a year. I have been very pleased with both machines, and would not hesitate to purchase another laser engraver from Longer if the need arises.

I have a Ray5 10W laser from Longer. It's been a great tool, and have added things to it early on (air assist, rotary roller, honeycomb). I recently purchased the Z axis assist. One of its parts was defective. Made a quick call to Longer support. Within 24 hours, i received notification that the replacement part is on the way. GREAT support! Thanks.

J'ai acheté ma première imprimante 3D chez Longer avec le modèle LK5Pro. Excellent produit pour un débutant. j'ai eu 1 problème technique que le service client Longer a su prendre rapidement en compte et m'a permis de le résoudre facilement. Je recommande cette marque.

I bought this Ray5 20W laser engraver for a really decent price at AliExpress. The 20w laser head is extreme powerful and cutting through 12mm is not a problem.
I was only too stupid to flash the wrong firmware to the controller and bricked my controller. The Longer supportdesk was really helpful land with their help, and it was fixed in no time.
