Very precise devices. I now even have three of them. The support and service are impeccable, friendly, very fast, and professional.

I bought the Longer Ray5 a while ago. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to achieve a satisfactory result on my own. So, I contacted customer support, and together we got the machine up and running. I should mention that it hadn't been working properly due to a mistake on my part. I can definitely highly recommend their service.

We had an issue with our laser engraver showing an overheating warning. The support team responded quickly, was patient, and guided us through the troubleshooting process. In the end, we discovered the problem was not the machine itself but the fact that it was placed in direct sunlight on our balcony. After moving it into the shade, everything worked perfectly. We really appreciate the professional and friendly customer service and are very happy with the engraving results.

I've been using my Longer Ray5 almost every day since I bought it three years ago, and it has exceeded every expectation I had. The projects I've been able to complete with this machine have far surpassed anything I ever thought possible. It continues to impress me every time I use it.

Recently, I noticed a slight drop in performance, so I decided to give the machine a thorough clean. While cleaning it, I discovered that the focus lens had developed a crack. I hadn't noticed it during previous cleaning, and it was only when I purchased and started installing a new lens protector that I realised the lens itself was damaged.

I contacted Longer to explain what had happened, and they kindly offered to replace the part free of charge. I think that's outstanding after-sales service and really shows that they care about their customers, even years after the original purchase.

Ok I was not sure what to expect when i finally had to get some help with fixing my 5 Watt Laser Engraver.
But the people at Longer Tech support must work very early and very late to overcome the 5hour time difference the easter US and the UK. However i cot a nearly instant response to every query i made, and patience and perseverance paid off in the end.

I had a problem with my laser which I was unable to troubleshoot. Upon contacting Longer I had received a prompt answer with solutions for me to implement. After these suggestions failed my representative sent new parts. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very accommodating. I have been very impressed with the rapid response and service that my representative has given me. In the atmosphere in which we now live customer service is lacking in many businesses. Longer does not lack in this area. They were accommodating and respectful. They listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. There was an open and on going conversation. I would give them 5 stars easily. I would rather give them a 10 star review if it were possible.

I had a problem with my laser

Har ikke modtaget min vare, selvom der er trukket penge fra din konto.
Der var åbenbart en fejl, så nu har jeg modtaget mine varer. Der var dog noget, der var restordret. De skulle have været bedre til at fortælle. Men i sidste ende en god service.
