Scamers !!!! I made an order of hair waver tool
I made an order of hair waver tool, instead of it I received a small hair mask k18. When I was complaining, the told me that i need to go to the post office by myself and send it back to them , only after that I will get my money back. Why from their mistake Im loosing my time and money ? In this case they should have send their delivery guy to pick it up from me. They took my money and sent me wrong item and they doesn't want to take any responsibilities. This is insane. They are really Scammers !!! Never buy from them !!!!!

Orders continuously cancelled
Once again items from my order are cancelled due to “shipping restrictions”. Not sure how a mini fragrance, body wash and cream are not allowed yet some of the other body washes amd creams are allowed. Please don’t feature these items for sale if you can’t ship to Dubai. I never know what to order from your website anymore as so many items are cancelled lately after you have take payment. You should do what Sephora does and not take the full payment until the order is confirmed that it is available and can be shipped.
