Never order from here if you live abroad
I recently ordered a £200 face mask for Look fantastic. I realised it was the wrong one and sent them a message about 2 hours later to cancel. They told me they cant cancel and sent it all the way to Dubai. I had to pay customs to receive the mask and I didn't open it. I initiated a return. They gave me an address in Dubai- Maersk Logistics facility. I used Aramex to deliver to the facility and they provided me with a co-ordinates of location and signature- the location is correct according to the address provided by LF. I have been chasing LF for a refund since. They can't seem to find the mask and then they proceeded to ask me if I could go to the facility and retrieve the parcel!!!! I live too far away, but now it has been delivered according to the instructions and address provided, it is not the customers responsibility to go and look for it. I still have not had a refund and now they even stopped replying to me. I's been nearly a month. Looks like I won't be getting my money back after all. Disgraceful to say the least.

Never received order and money back
It’s completely terrible and unprofessional. I never received my order. I have contacted customer support the name was Monde. And within 40 minutes chat I’ve got 5 different versions. She never bothered to really check. And was responding with something different each time. First it was delivered, than I have to go and collect it. Then it’s out of stock. Then that I wasn’t charged. Then again that I received it. This company feels like a scam with completely unprofessional and useless customer support. Order number:
