Customer service is excellent. No waiting for days, they respond quickly and solve the problem immediately.
The progressive lenses are just as good as the glasses I’ve purchased for a lot of money from an optometrist. For much less. Recommend Look Optic.

Fast response to a broken hinge. Free replacement as it was under the 1 year warranty. These are my fav glasses so i really appreciate it

There was a small issue with my order. I emailed, and got a reply *from the CEO* and an immediate fix. Look Optic sells great glasses, and just as important is run by real people, who you can actually reach out to, and they are reasonable to deal with!! So rare to find a company like this on the internet. I am very impressed by Look Optic's attention to customers and will be back whenever I need glasses

While these did not work out for me because of the very strange script I have- I cannot get over how great this company is at customer service. I bought a pair of computer readers through their website, but when they arrived, they just weren't working for me, and I was extremely disappointed. I went online and gave feedback, and they responded immediately, just from a review, and asked me if they could send me a new pair or even just refund me. Because I have to go in and see a different eye doctor to try to get the right prescription, I asked for a refund, which they processed immediately. Customer service like this does not exist in the world right now, and that alone should be reason enough for anyone to give them a try.

I have three pair of LOOK OPTIC glasses and love them all. I recently found that one was missing some screws and LOOK was super quick with their assistance and without delay got an order for replacement screws sent out to me free of charge. The glasses are great and the customer service even better!

Well, when I placed the order for my Diane Keaton lenses, I ordered the wrong one. I contacted customer service by email. They responded promptly and led me right through the process I needed to take for the exchange. It was Andy that was so helpful to me.
By the way, the quality of the frame is superb.

I have not ordered recently but in the past 6 months until March I've ordered numerous items of all colors shapes and powers. They all help. Some are prettier than others but all functional. I've sent individual reviews for many that I use. Try them.

When I was adjusting my glasses, they broke. They sent me a new pair right away!

Love the glasses. I bought two pair for a little variety. They look great and work perfectly for my needs. (They actually work better than my prescription glasses. Using the 2x magnification as I type this on my phone…which would normally be a blur without glasses.) One of the lenses came with a small scratch, but their customer service was incredibly responsive and sent out a replacement pair as soon as they heard. It’s comforting to know there are still some companies out there that have real customer service.
