Customer service reps are great - very responsive!

Innitially I needed assistance with my order because I couldn't get my cart to update correctly and then a few hours after I placed the order I received notification of the Spring sale. They were very responsive and helped with my request. They went above and beyond to ensure a good experience. I can't wait to get my new Progressives and tempted to buy a few more before the sale ends!

I love my progressive Muse glasses. They are so cute and trendy. I get nothing but compliments on them. I literally have two different pairs that I wear often. One is the rose colored lense and the other ones are clear. Customer Service is top-notch. I had a problem with one of the pair and they replaced them immediately.

Look Optic readers have been my only choice for a few years. I did the cheap so called drugstore readers and I spent more money "saving" money then I spend on a pair of Look glasses. Scratched lenses, wonky optic quality, loose screws, fragile frames...I did it all. I discovered Look and haven't looked back!! Great quality, great style options, and great customer service. I'm kind of rough on my glasses and I get about 2 years out of a pair before I've ruined them. I do have a pair bedside that is at least 8 yrs old. For the record, I am being very conscious of storing all of them correctly this go round so I'm sure I'll get much longer use.

I love my Muse progressive readers and get so many compliments when I’m wearing them, so I was devastated when one of the lens popped out…I reached out to customer service-their reaction time was expedient, and the results were above & beyond my expectations…super!

I had messed up and ordered the regular readers not realizing that the progressives were really what I wanted. Customer Service members, Kiki and Andy, were so helpful and made everything seem easy. I am exchanging my readers for progressives and I can't wait to see how much more I love them!

I've purchased at least 3 pair of readers from Look Optic. I love the quality and style they offer. I'm always hearing "Love your glasses. Those are readers??!!" The one time I had an issue (when a screw came out) I received excellent customer service to resolve it. The way they handled has made me the loyalest of customers!

I had a great experience with Look Optic’s customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong pair of glasses and didn’t realize it until after I placed the order. I contacted their support team, and they were incredibly easy to work with and very helpful. They quickly corrected my order before it shipped, which saved me the hassle of returning and reordering. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that responds quickly and genuinely cares about helping their customers. Highly recommend!

I gave a 4-star based on my experience. "A single approach does not fit everyone." I ordered my glasses the end of December, 2025. It took a few emails of reaching out before my FSA issue was finally settled on March 12th, 2026. I fully take the blame with the issue of ordering the wrong glasses. I will certainly know better next time. And, yes! There will be a next time. I highly recommend Look Optic for your next pair of Progressives.

Very friendly, fast and expert service. Name brand frames comparative prices with the mass handling stores with non-brand name optics. I highly recommend them.

I purchased multifocal eyeglasses from Look Optic in January 2026 for $89. When I received them, I tried to get accustomed to the multifocal part for ten days, after which I asked to return the. I returned them and paid for the return at UPS, Almar Center, Santa Cruz, CA. UPS said Loop Optic would receive the return in two days which would have been February 2nd. Loop Optic is claiming they never received my return, which UPS said they must have. Loop Optic is refusing to refund my $89.
