I ordered a "Magical Christmas Night Light" from this company. I was led to believe from the advertisement that I was buying something truly special and intended to give it to my grandchildren as a pre-Christmas gift. It was £30.00, and for that price, I think most people would expect something quite well made.

When it arrived, I was very disappointed. It is cheaply made and very flimsy. The lights which are supposed to project a magical Christmas scene around the room, are nothing like the images shown in the advertisement. I could have bought a much better version from M&S and had a free tin of biscuits at the same time!

I contacted the customer services department and was instructed to upload photos of the item, packaging etc. Only then to be informed that if I wish to return the item, I would have to pay the postage to China and it could take up to a month to arrive. The shipping costs with tracking would cost as much as I paid with no guarantee of a refund at the end of it. Emily ( customer services ) suggested that I donate the light to a charity shop.

If I could give a zero stars review I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT BUY THE NON INVASIVE GLUCOSE MONITOR. I bought the same thing from another company and got sent a pulse oxometer, it does not test for glucose! This company is a scam. It falsely advertises and is a rip-off. Put them out of business and DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered shoes for my wife, but they are too tight. Wanted to exchange, they said no exchanges, but they would give 20% off. What do i need the old wrong size ones for!!! And 20% would still cost $70???

I ordered a pair of shoes. They did not fit and were not of the best quality. Via emails I was told that they were the correct size, which they were however the straps were way too loose and I could not wear them. They refused a return and refund. They offered 20% off another pair, like I would throw good money after bad! Do not have anything to do with this Chinese company.

I bought 2 sweaters from Loomhe, size M. When the package arrived, they were poor quality and way too big, more like XL.
I requested information so I could return them for a refund. I was informed they don’t return or exchange for wrong sizing.
I was told I could keep the items (why would I want to!) and offered a 10% refund! I refused and said I was entitled to the full refund. I was then offered 15%. I refused again. Finally they offered me 20%. Unbelievable!
I knew I was getting nowhere with these thieves so I told them to stop making these ridiculous offers.
Be warned by my experience, don’t deal with them.

I ordered a pair of shoes, they were the wrong size I want to replace with the correct size shoe I was not even asking for a refund and they just kept sending the same form letter response did not address my specific issue

Poor quality, poor sizing.

Do not deal with this company. They sent the wrong sized shoes and refused to replace them. They offered me a discount if I bought another pair. Not Very amusing.
After several emails back and forth,I contacted PayPal, who, despite all the evidence I provided, decided for the company, not me. Incidentally, the identical shoes are on Amazon at half the price.

This company is using deceptive advertising to promote their lanterns. They show a flame not a light. They show a flame rising from the bottom of the lantern, not the light dropping down from the top. The size shown is probably more than twice the size received.
When I asked for a refund and a method to return, I was given total lines of BS about the product and then refused a refund. I’m unsure of the date as I’ve thrown it all away.
This company is a total scam. BEWARE!!

Total rip off! Item received was NOTHING like the advertisement and was a piece of junk. Service was nothing like the helpful and return process was at my cost and takes a month. I will never buy from them again and would not trust anything the advertise.

This website and all their products are one big giant scam. I purchased some shoes off their website. They look like they came from a dollar store reject I paid $55 for them. I tried to return them, but they refused the return. I followed their return policy and even offered to pay the return shipping. They went back-and-forth with me offering me 10%. I could keep the shoes 20% but they wouldn’t do the refund just so you know it’s a huge scam. Don’t buy any of their products.
