Asking for feedback before I’ve even received my purchase…

I've never received little favours boxes that I ordered on the 6th June 2024. Two phone numbers I rang aren't Lost Land Interiors and the other one shuts off. I need these items for my daughters wedding. Money has gone out of my account. Still waiting for these items to date. Not happy at all... 5th of July now and finally got a refund but would never deal with this company again, from wrong numbers on their website, to having to go through my bank who gave me their phone number that I could finally get in touch with them. He wasn't happy to hear from me at all.

Order a light fitting and never arrived despite an email notifying that it had been dispatched. After several emails received a response from a Matt whom promised to investigate and get back to me. No response ever materialised and every other email sent has been ignored. Avoid

Ordered 30 Romana vases. Website promotes 2-4 day UK Mainland delivery. It's been two weeks and still no delivery. I've emailed them on several occasions without response and the phone number doesn't work. Have raised a case with Mastercard to have my money refunded. Avoid.

I wish I’d read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering from the website. Payment was taken from by bank account but 3 weeks later, I was still awaiting delivery. I contacted Lostland Interiors and Max responded very quickly and politely to advise that I would receive a tracking number and my order. Unfortunately, neither were received and a week later I contacted them again. This time there was no reply. So it is now over 7 weeks since my order and I had to raise a dispute with my bank.

Great product and price

Absolutely horrendous! I am giving 1 star only because I can't leave less!

As others have said on these reviews, I haven't received my order placed on 29th April 2024 and they are ghosting me, despite my emails politely requesting an update. Here's my order confirmation

My item still hasn’t arrived and I can’t get any communication from the company about when to expect it

Terrible. No item, no response to emails or messages, I can only urge any prospective customers to avoid them as they are scam merchants

HORRENDOUS! This issue has been going on since 26th March when I ordered!!!!!!

Requested a refund for a product weeks ago and have not heard anything since communication was received about the fact I needed to pay another £48 for palet delivery despite this not being on the order info.

I am waiting for over £80 in a refund. Do not order from this company!

Ordered item over 2 weeks ago, still not received! No response from company despite chasing, phone number is incorrect, highly suggest do not order from this company!!

Product never arrived, although money taken & confirmation email sent. 3 emails then sent by me to chase/request cancellation and still no reply! Awful communication and process - a company cannot and should not trade like this!!

The worst company I've ever bought from. Terrible customer service, I ordered £85 worth of products which was supposed to have been delivered 2 to 4 working days 10 days later I had to email them, after numerous emails I got a reply saying they had been discontinued so I then asked for a refund and heard nothing from them. I've had to go through my credit card to get my money back

I ordered my pendent lights nearly three weeks ago. Having not received them I emailed, no response. I called the number provided only to go to a giff gaff voicemail and emailed a further two times. I’ve given up now and received a credit through my credit card provider. These folks are either a scam or the worst at customer service. Avoid.

You still haven’t delivered my order from 2 weeks ago or answered my message for N update on when it will arrive…but are asking for a review. Strange.

My £300 order has not been delivered, I have had zero communication from them no refund and no replies to any of my emails. Disgraceful

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been an idiot. I should have checked here first. They took my money, confirmed my order, a week later nothing. Emailed. No reply. Rang number on website. It does not exist. It is a scam. They have stolen my money and time

I’ve placed an order 10078 which has not arrived and am I not receiving any replies from Lostland interiors - it seems the other reviews on this site are sadly correct.
I wonder who the lucky people are who managed to get a reply from this company. The phone number is incorrect, no one responds on the chat and emails go unanswered. Would have given it 0 stars if I could.
