I signed up for Loudly’s paid membership and realized almost immediately that it didn’t have the tools and workflow I needed for my projects. The feature set they advertise looks powerful on paper, but in actual use it felt limited and didn’t match what I expected from their marketing.

I requested a refund the same day I purchased, before getting any real value from the service, and support flatly denied it, pointing me to their “no refund” policy instead of actually engaging with the situation. No flexibility, no goodwill, and very little concern for user experience.

I’ve used a lot of AI music tools, and most reputable platforms will at least work with you if you ask for a same‑day cancellation and refund. Loudly chose to hide behind policy rather than stand behind their product. I canceled and will not be using or recommending this service going forward.

I am sharing my experience as an affiliate.

I generated valid commissions ($35 USD), and according to the platform’s own Net-30 payout policy, these payments should have already been processed. However, all payouts remain marked as “Pending” with no clear timeline.

I contacted support multiple times and received no response.

What concerns me more is that after checking other reviews here, I noticed similar complaints regarding delayed payments and lack of communication.

As an affiliate, I fulfilled my part by bringing real users. In return, I expected transparency and timely payment — which I did not receive.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform for affiliate marketing.

If this issue is resolved, I am open to updating this review.

Loudly charged me $288 for a service I cancelled a year ago. When I asked for a refund, their support agent (JAM 4, who seems to be a bot) told me they couldn't refund me because of their "policy" – but generously informed me that I would continue to have access to the service until February 2027.

Let me be clear: I DO NOT WANT ACCESS. I WANT MY $288 BACK.

They ignored over a dozen emails over the course of a month. They only responded when I threatened to involve the European Consumer Centre. And even then, their final answer was "no refund, sorry for the inconvenience."

This is predatory behaviour. They rely on people forgetting to cancel and then hide behind vague policies. EU law requires refunds for unauthorised renewals. Loudly doesn't care. Stay far away.

Scam. Avoid this service. It only changes the BPM.

Loudly seemed to offer such a unique experience with AI tools along with music distribution. I wanted to play with the tools, but I came for the music distribution.

When I tried migrating my music to the platform for distribution, it continually gave me a copy right error on my music. I DO NOT have any 3rd party samples or covers at all. I tried a brand new track and it worked fine, but their platform claims to be able to handle redistribution of music. I have my ISRC codes etc. and they told me they could do it too.

Well, a few days after purchasing the product and receiving confirmation from support that they in fact are suppose to, their platform couldn't do it. I was well within refund policy and they refused to comply. They won't even follow their own terms of service!

Believe everything bad you have heard about them. Music distributors are already known for really bad Terms of Service, but to already have a refusal of following them is unacceptable. They did tell me to commit fraud by changing my music in order to use the ISRC codes, that was not going to happen, but they felt it was okay. I couldn't believe my experience.

I guess I should be thankful. It is better to find out now than a year or months later.

I should note that as I put in the cancel information that it warned me that any music I created on their platform would no longer be mine and I could not use elsewhere. Either they need to change their warning or this is the one of the most disreputable services around.

Absolutely horrible.
I've been in the music industry for 10 years, and this right here is the worst AI service I've seen in my entire career. The music maker, the text to music generator are just...a joke. BASICALLY these are randomizers, not serious tools. All prompts were just random, not fitting, robotic "noises" that don't match my request at ALL! And the sample maker? I had hopes, but it was even worse. Basically a static, radio buzzing sounds and random noises - has absolutely nothing to do with my prompt. I asked for a "trap genre-like kick drum one-shot" - gave me a random, not even in tune house type beat. Even the quality was bad in the DAW. White noise is also present. I do not recommend.

I was able to complete my new album with this site in just a few hours, it's really amazing

Their site is using deceptive practices to get subscriptions by showing you a yearly benefits package and when you switch to pay by month, they change the benefits of that plan. Its deceptive.

I have used Loudly AI music generator for my Podcast tracks, so far I’ve used their free version which will generate tracks around 30/35 sec, totally worthy and enough for my little intros.

Music is high-quality audio, and very innovative exactly how I like it. The website run fast and it’s also very user-friendly. Overall 100% recommended!

Creating and customizing tracks works surprisingly well with the AI. With just a few clicks, you can put together sounds that end up sounding fairly professional. Of course, it doesn’t replace a recording studio, but for everyday content creation it’s more than enough and makes many things much easier.

The selection of templates is also really large and covers many different styles. Whether it’s calm background music or something with more energy – I’ve always been able to find something suitable so far. For my videos and presentations, this is extremely helpful because I don’t have to worry about licenses.

The only thing I’m missing is a more comprehensive filter for the templates. I can’t filter by length or tempo (BPM). That should definitely be improved.

Conclusion: For me, Loudly is a practical tool because I can easily create music for projects (and, above all, use it legally!).

The free version had allot of sounds and modifications for your creative needs. I had been looking for a platform to develop rhythmic sound for my podcast intros, this seems like one of the better sources, I created 6 beats in less than 5 minutes using this tool!

Loudly makes the creation incredibly easy and fast, considering that when I registered on the platform, I was able to generate tracks in seconds. This platform is a complete scam. They promise music distribution, but nothing actually gets delivered. My tracks never appeared anywhere, and every attempt to contact support has been ignored. It’s obvious this company is only here to take people’s money without providing any real service. Do not trust them.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Loudly AI. My account was suddenly disabled without explanation, and the money I had in there is simply gone. I reached out multiple times, but got absolutely no response. It feels like being robbed in broad daylight. No transparency, no support, no accountability. This is not a serious company, just a trap for people who trusted them.

I could not regret purchasing this service any more than I do. Support is awful, the platform does not work effectively and additional charges are imposed that are not disclosed when purchasing. Horrible!

Violation of the Right of Withdrawal – loudly.com

Dear Sir or Madam,

I purchased a digital product via your platform and subsequently contacted your support team several times in order to exercise my right of withdrawal. Unfortunately, I initially received no response – it was only after mentioning potential negative reviews and a report to the German Consumer Protection Authority that I received a reply.

Your support referred me to your “Refund Policy”. In my opinion, however, this does not meet the legal requirements of the German right of withdrawal. In particular, a clearly identifiable and legally compliant withdrawal policy, as required for consumers in Germany, is missing.

As your company is registered in Berlin according to your imprint, you are subject to German consumer law. I therefore consider the rejection of my refund request to be unlawful and reserve the right to report this matter to the German Consumer Protection Authority.
