I signed up for their service over a year ago and barely used it. Unfortunately, I forgot to disable auto-renew, and was recently charged $USD78—about double what I originally paid. I contacted them immediately to explain I hadn't received a renewal reminder and didn’t want to continue. Their response? A copy-paste reply saying refunds aren’t possible "under these circumstances" and thanking me for my "understanding."

I don't understand—because there's nothing reasonable about this policy. No reminder, no grace period, no refund. Just a robotic response and a hefty charge for a service I’m not even using. Would not recommend

Is Loudly a scam? My experience is that I was locked out of my account so I couldn't stop auto renewal. Their support have been less than helpful.

They don't allow to withdraw royalties.. took so long to update.. there subscription does not even work.. I could not upload more than 2 songs in my one month.. support won't reply to such emails.. total bullshit

It's okay, it's better than royalty free downloads, however the beats are extremely repetitive, so much that it keeps producing that they have already copyrighted and then flag videos I used with it with short portions of the songs I generated. The music is not the best, and on top of it I keep having to increase my workload by fixing and reuploading videos that they flag. When I tried to dispute the flag they rejected it, despite the fact I even pay for a subscription. Not sure I will renew at the end of the year if it keeps up like this...

Also, it doesn't work in Firefox. I have to keep a separate browser open anytime I want to use it and sometimes it's just down :(

I recently subscribed to Loudly's AI music creation service, enticed by the impressive demos on their website. Unfortunately, after subscribing, I discovered that the platform's actual capabilities do not align with what is advertised. Despite multiple attempts using all available features, I couldn't come close to replicating the quality and diversity of the demo tracks.

Beyond the disappointment with the product quality, my experience with customer service has also been unsatisfactory. I've tried to contact them for a refund and a demonstration of how to create tracks like the demos, but haven't received any response to my emails. The lack of communication and support has only added to my frustration.

I expected much more from a service that promises so much, especially after choosing the most expensive package. I advise other potential customers to exercise caution and suggest looking for alternatives with a more reliable customer service track record and technology that delivers on its promises.
