The video call was amazing — thoughtful, unrushed, and made the experience feel truly personal. The journal itself is special in a way that’s hard to put into words: beautifully made, deeply personal, and clearly created with so much care. This is more than a product; it’s something I’ll treasure for a very long time.

My shopping experience was excellent. I was surprised on how quickly the journal came from Paris and how well it was packed. I got it transferred to the ups store because I was not going to be home to sign it. The only problem I had was, I couldn’t find the translate to English button on the website until the very end. Totally my mistake. Other than that I loved the experience and will recommend in the future.

I really enjoyed customising my Louise Carmen. And it came out so much better than I thought. However one of the charms that was supposed to be one the front of the journal was on the side and I had to move it myself, which was a bit difficult
