terrible shipping, cheap product that breaks and customer service barely wants to help.

Bought the 7 pieces bundle and i have no complaints at all. The pieces came intact as per the pictures - 3 months in despite beach, pool, gym and daily wear nothing had tarnished yet. I admit i selected only golden pieces without shells, the packaging is cheap, but honestly i think it worth the price. Delivery from china took a little longer than expected (i think about 2 working weeks), but considering all the above I would repurchase.

Absolutely not hypoallergenic as advertised. The first 2 days of wearing 2 chains caused awful contact dermatitis. I do have metal allergies but not with 14k+ gold or high quality gold-plated or gold-filled jewelry which I thought this was. I took them off once I noticed the early signs and hives forming. It's been more than 2 weeks and I still had a bad dark red rash all around my neck. Extremely low quality trash false advertised as something it is not.

Shipping and aesthetic looks nice. Probably is tarnish proof. But very cheap. I got the 7 piece bundle and two of my necklaces the Kaya necklace and aloha pearl, already broke. I was just readjusting the necklace and the beads went everywhere.

Honestly really impressed with the quality, especially for the price point. I own a few pieces now, and most of them have become staples in my everyday wardrobe. Overall, you can tell the brand has been improving its quality and making positive changes. Definitely worth trying out!

For the price not too bad. Shipping took about 2-3weeks and one of the pieces chain already broke after only the second day. Another piece has some flaws to it so I won’t even wear it. The rings I got aren’t sized correctly.

I bought the 7 pieces for $85. Im not usually much of a gold girl, but I bought 3 gold bracelets, a couple of chains, and an anklet. I wore them every day throughout our 9 day Hawaii vacation. I snorkeled and showered and all the whole week and they stayed shiny and comfortable.

s a returning customer of Louise Carter Jewelry, I am incredibly disappointed by how drastically their quality standards have dropped. My first experience with them was great—items were sent in individual protective bags. However, on this recent order, they cut major corners. I ordered 12 pieces of jewelry, and instead of packaging them properly, they crammed everything into just three tiny bags that could barely even close. Shoving multiple pieces together caused them to arrive tangled and vulnerable to scratching.
​When I reached out about this shoddy packaging, I was given a frustrating customer service hand-off. First, a representative named Alyssa responded on May 17th with generic scripts, promising to "forward my concern." The very next day, on May 18th, a second representative named Lunette took over, admitting the packaging was improper and claiming she "escalated the concern."
​Since Lunette's email on May 18th, the company has gone completely silent. They clearly use these empty promises of "escalation" as a stall tactic to avoid fixing their mistakes. It is unacceptable to treat a loyal customer this way. They went from premium service to cheap packaging and radio silence. Buyers beware.

Never buy jewelry from this company. The quality is absolutely terrible. I’ve had 4 pieces break after less than 12 hours of use. When you file a complaint, they only offer store credit that doesn’t even work properly. Complete garbage

Horrible company. I paid for an order through Amazon pay. After weeks of waiting for the order, I contacted the company. They repeatedly told me they had no record of my order and told me to dispute the charge with my bank. I did so, and then they came back to the bank and said they had sent me the order, which they never did. Then I reached out to their company AGAIN, asking why they were disputing my fraud claim, and they again said they had no record of my order!!
Do not purchase anything from this place!

I just made my 3rd order. I'm obsessed with the styles, options, sizes, quality and responsiveness in order questions. Heads up that it ships out of China so it took a tad longer but nothing to complain about.

Bought the jewelery took also most a month to receive, wasn’t happy with some if the stuff so made a return never received confirmation that they received the return never got an exchange or refund and when we reached out again they didn’t respond

It was such a disaster. I genuinely wish I didn't purchase them. First the delivery took about a month. Second when I got it, the items immediately made my itchy. Lastly all the items were way to big and I called different jewelers and they all told me they would not size them.
Since I already spent so much on awful pieces that itch I decided to continue and take this as a lost.
Please don't purchase from them and save your money.

Louise Carter jewelry is a scam. Never buy from them. The product is made of cheap material. The color looks awful. And you have to pay to ship back the product and lose money overall. Very disappointed.

The jewelry arrived after a couple weeks. Initial impressions were that it felt cheaper than I expected. I got a necklace that broke just trying to put it on normally. The following day, an anklet broke off while jogging on the treadmill. Asked for a refund and replacement, but was told only one could be done. Not customer-centered. Would not recommend.

It took over 2.5 weeks to receive items. The ring and bracelet were too small and there is a return policy but no refund. Do not buy anything from this company!!

For someone who is allergic to like every piece of jewelry, Louis Carter is a GODSEND! Every piece is affordable, gorgeous, and the quality is amazing ! I have order from there twice and have well over 20 pieces ❤️ I have never broken out and the one time one of my rings had a stone fell out , they literally sent me another one so quick and easy ! I will Deff be ordering again, as well as telling everyone else to order as well ! Thank you for making such amazing, affordable pieces 🥰

Almost all of my jewelry is from LC now. As someone who travels a ton and spends a lot of time in the pool/ocean, it’s been awesome! I love not having to worry abt my jewelry bc it 1. Didn’t cost a fortune so if I loose a piece, it’s not the end of the world and 2. It looks the same as when I bought it even after all the chlorine, salt water etc. wish I knew abt them sooner as I’ve spent $300 on bracelets that faded and look crappy after one vacation
