I received my order today, i was having a crappy day and seeing the quality of the phone cases and the freebies put a smile on my face. They look exactly like the photo i'm absolutely in love!!!!!

I ordered 3 cases. One being the Winnie the Pooh cocktail one. They sent me the Winnie and friends. My friend liked it but it’s not what I ordered. The rest of the covers were correct. She was very happy with the 3 cases.

I've ordered twice and both times I've had issues. My first order was incorrect and had to wait ages for the right case to be resent. The second order was recent, with major issues with delivery. My order was late and tampered with! My package was opened and resealed with tape and had an old Dirty phone case left inside! Love cases said its not them, must be Evri that did it... and that's it. I'm literally having to push for some sort of escalation. If your delivery service are not trust worthy that is an issue, but they are just nonchalant as if their customers aren't spending enough money for an all around good service. Very disappointed.

Had a problem with my first order. Customer service was absolutely fantastic, replaced my order and added another case extra. The 2 new cases are lovely, super protective and look great on my phone I have had a few compliments on my case and have recommended love cases. This will not be my last order. Thank you :) x

Just bought 3 cases for myself as I bought a new phone, then 3 more for my sister. I had a question and the team were so amazing at getting back to me so quickly. They arrived today, amazing quality cases and gorgeous prints. The team kindly gave some freebies too which is a lovely touch. Will definitely come back here for any more cases. Thanks so much !

Love cases are amazing. I have made a few purchases with this company and they always go the extra mile. The quality is fantastic and delivery is so fast. They recently did a one off case for my son and sent a freebie for him to enjoy also. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Can not fault the team at all. A little issue with one of the watch straps but quickly replied to and a response given with ease and convenience to me.
Puts bigger companies to shame. The personal touch goes a long way and that's how you gain loyal, repeat customers. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Great designs at great prices. A wide range of different phone models are available, which is nice because a lot of the time you can only find the newest models. The delivery took a few days longer than I’d have expected but this is explained on the site (I just didn’t read it, haha). But as they print to order to avoid waste, it’s worth a few extra days

My daughter placed an order for smart watch straps and a new phone case. There was an issue with the phone case but the communication from The LoveCases Team has been excellent and issue has been resolved. No problem at alll with the watch straps. The packaging and delivery were all great.

Been buying my cases from here for a while now (can’t keep the same case on for long) lol, price and quality is amazing, speedy delivery, couldn’t recommend them enough.

I purchased a case, but when I come I just wasn't so sure on it so decided to send it back & was pleasantly surprised there was an option to return it to simply swap for another case. Was so easy to do & come really quickly.
Great quality, lovely packaging and a amazing selection of cases with great prices but without compromising quality.

Been looking at this website for awhile, and I'd just gotten a new phone so I thought I'd order some cases. I must say I'm impressed, I ordered a normal case and two glitter cases. The print is clear and amazing and the cases are thick and made of a decent material. There is a lot to choose from but I had to get two scream cases, will definitely be buying from this company again.

My first case the design was peeling and falling off. I emailed about a replacement, they were lovely and said they’d send a new one. I received my new one today and the design is falling off/peeling off again!! wouldn’t recommend, poorly made.

edit: Lovecases emailed me and said they’d like to send me a case even after i got my refund. Three arrived today and the quality is so much better! It’s obvious that there was a fault in the first case and by chance it happened twice.
