Very disappointing
Very disappointing. The 'mealworm' suet logs are full of cheap millet and are encased in excessive, non recyclable packaging. I will be returning to my usual supplier.

Item arrived promptly and as advertised. Birds are already taking to the feeders. However, the tubing showed some superficial rusting even when first assembled, so I'm not sure how well its appearance will last.

Not so good for the delivery firm who often take my parcels to the wrong house. last delivery I put a large sign with my house name on my car and watched as the driver drove past without looking.

Resolved an issue immediately and very satisfactorily
I buy all my bird food from Love Garden Birds. I had a problem with a 3 in 1 bird feeder that I’d bought earlier this year and emailed Customer Services. I received a prompt reply saying that they would despatch a replacement part, and this was received the very next day! Exemplary service, as always, thank you
