Have used this company many times! As always, first class service and top quality products! 100% satisfaction!

Love Garden Birds are a very good online retailer and I have shopped with them on a regular basis, over recent years.
They have a well presented website and they provide an extensive range of high quality products, to select from. They sell wild bird products at very competitive prices and they also run a rewards program, too.

Great prices and quick service, so my hundreds of birdies don’t go hungry 😊

I have never had any problems with Love Garden Birds.

Great products speedy delivery and great prices been using these guys for years never had a problem thank you from all my birds

I have always been very satisfied with your service. I order quite a lot of Niger seed to enable me to claim
Free Delivery, which I have received every time. However when placing my order I was refused this - the
reason being that I was outwith the free delivery area.
The delivery driver could not understand why I had been charged delivery.

Quality food quick delivery 👌

Good product at the best price, and quick delivery.

Good product selection, but poor customer service from day 1 - have spent over £260 in last 2 months, consistent issues with alleged discounted items (available full price) not being available at their promoted discounted price, when issue raised with co... 1) told *I* must prove issue; 2) when provided screenshot/proof, I had 'promotional discounts' *MANSPLAINED* tho I'm marketing pro myself (ret.), 3) had to further clarify the issue for staff member, who grudgingly apologised (for not understanding/listening?) & told me to re-do order.
The alleged 'stock issue' being resolved, i tried again (1wk later), but still no joy. It was *not* about the measly discount, it was all about *ease of use of their site & *how they handled problems - BIG FAT FAIL IN ALL CASES - moved my business to a more reliable supplier Ivel Valley, in hope that they will give a damn & listen when customer flags up a *systemic* website issue.

I have obtained my supplies for feeding the birds for a considerable time and have never been disappointed with the quality and price from this supplier. I will continue to do so.

Fast delivery and quality product

I regularly purchase from Love Garden Birds. Good selection of good quality products at reasonable prices, especially with much appreciated discounts. Delivered promptly and well packaged. Would recommend.

Easy to place order online, prompt arrival of sunflower hearts at good price .... and more importantly the birds love it!

Really lovely to order seed off this sight. The different types of seed you sell is brilliant. I ordered the blackbird and Robin mix and it came within 3 days so chuffed

Very good quality and price for sunflower hearts, easy to order and extremely quick delivery, perfect.

Always good quality. Competative prices. Usually delivered quite quickly.

Arrived promptly and were as described, good value.

Good value, everything as described, delivery as promised, good customer service when I phoned. Highly recommend them.
