I couldn’t give this company less than 1. star otherwise couldn’t write a review. Do wish I had read others before ordering: this company is not London based but operates from China. Website has disappeared, no way to contact. Order never arrived , had to contact my bank for a refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid! A scam for sure!

I couldn’t put zero star which is what they deserve. Spent £100 with them
Material was cheap products were shabby and didn’t fit.
After multiple emails they sent a return address after various deals of keep the clothes and we’ll give you a credit or partial refund.
Eventually got a return address in China. Returned the items at my cost and haven’t heard from them since.
Should be shut down.
Do not use them under any circumstances.

I bought a dress on 6th June, it arrived it was awful cheap material & looked nothing like the image, it cost £39.95.
After 15 emails to the company they finally sent me their return address, it wasn’t in London but China! The tracked postage cost me £20 I sent it on point. Still to this day I haven’t had my refund, & the parcel arrived on 1st July.
Their website needs closing down there must be so many people ripped off by these shisters.

Do not order from this website it is a scam. I ordered trainers and never received them. They have responded to my emails telling me they have been posted it is a lie.

Scam of a company

Purchased dresses on 15th June to hopefully wear to a wedding on 6th July. Lead time said 8-10 days so should’ve been plenty of time. Had a dispatch notification on 18th June. No dresses had been received by 3rd July and no further update on the tracking. I emailed them to say that I no longer wanted my items, but didn’t get a response. I emailed them again on 7th July to ask for a response as I no longer wanted my order. They finally responded saying they were in transit and sorry for the inconvenience. A bit of back and forth saying the same things until my items finally arrived on 26th July. The packaging was open and held together by what looked like white printing labels (not fully sealing the bag in any way). I again made contact to say that I didn’t want these items and wanted to arrange a return and full refund. The offered me a partial exchange and discount code and to keep the dresses. Again, I said I wanted to arrange a return and received a full refund. This is where I find out they’re not in fact Lovenia-London but Lovenia China!! According to the post office the absolute cheapest option for me would be at least £80 to return. Lovenia-London asked me to “Please put a low value on the package under US$10, otherwise packages will be detained at China Customs.” I was not willing to be a further £80+ out of pocket and not even be guaranteed the dresses would make it through customs!! I asked for the 50% refund to which they agreed on 3rd August. I have tried making contact on 3 occasions to which I am now being ghosted, and unsurprisingly have not received any type of refund. I have now made contact with my credit card company to raise a dispute.
Avoid this company at any cost, as they clearly do this to every customer. It’s a shame I didn’t see these reviews before I parted ways with my money.
Please note that their website now seems to be “unavailable” yet still advertising through social media!

Dreadful customer service. Currently attempting to return item as size and quality is poor.

Ordered some shoes that took over a month to land, absolutely nothing like the images on the website and paid £40 for something that looked like they've come off a market stall for a fiver! Emailed countless times to resolve and got fobbed off with partial refunds and discount codes offerings. When I was eventually offered a full refund (took about 20 email exchanges) I was then expected to cover return costs back to China!! Avoid at all costs folks.

Ordered 3 dresses on 15th June, now 18th July, still not arrived. Emailed them and they respond saying items are in transit. No where takes a month to deliver to.
As soon as I told them I was doing a dispute with my bank they offered me 50% refund if I cancelled the dispute and a full refund if items don’t arrive. I kept the dispute after I read their reviews.
Received my refund from my bank.
I wished I had read the reviews first too.
Maybe they hope people don’t bother to claim!

Ordered a dress 12th June now 18th July still no dress. Have emailed Lovenia but no reply. Not even acknowledged my email received so contacted my bank to retrieve payment back. I now have my money back in my account and will never order from these scammers again. Only wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned. Avoid at all costs and if you're waiting for items my advice would be contact your bank and get your money back and shop elsewhere.

Took over a month for order to arrive, now trying to organise a return, to no avail. Offer 30% refund, then 50%. What a joke!!!

Wish I had seen these reviews before. Ordered a dress stuck in transit for about a month. Amazingly has arrived in faulty packaging, trying to arrange a return but is obvious from the reviews that I will be unsuccessful.
Do not purchase from here, avoid.

This company are a gang of criminals. Their only purpose is to steal your money. They have no product to sell. They will reply to your emails with its in transit, we are very sorry for the delay and it will be arriving soon. Complete scam. Facebook gives them the platform to steal your money but Facebook are not interested when you complain. PayPal were great and returned my money. I'm so happy I paid through PayPal. I would never have got my money back else. I will never buy through a Facebook ad again.

Ordered a pair of shoes on May 26th. Still no sign of them. Tracking information from China appeared on May 28th and it's the same today! Didn't realise the order was from China when I ordered as London is plastered all over their website. Wouldn't have ordered if I had known. Have contacted them several times and each time fobbed off with the shoes are 'in transit'! Have twice asked for a refund and the request has been ignored. There's no opportunity to leave a review on their website. Have lodged a complaint with PayPal. I'm sure this is a scam. Would give no stars if I could. PS. I think they are also selling shirts with cats on them under a different name?

Website states products should arrive within 8 days. States based in london. In actual fact they are in China! Not received any goods after two weeks. Tried to track package. Took me to another screen which ask for payment by card to provide tracking info. All seems rather suspect. Credit card company put a claim in to retrieve payment.

It took 20 days to get my purchase. It's one of those websites that acts as a bridge between china & uk. Bad quality product.I do not recommend.

Ordered some mens retro comfort shoes on 11-May-24
a) Shoes have not been delivered and after several email exchanges, I received no planned delivery date. I used paypal for the transaction so hopeful to get my money back. b) There was a trustpilot review on the company website praising this company for fast delivery, however I appear to be the first trustpilot reviewer here so that must be a false. PayPal set a clear date for resolution by this company and have since returned the money to my account. Order goods from these people at your peril!
