I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of the shipments during the holidays. I will definitely shop with them again.

Absolute scam. BEWARE!

Provided tracking number and then they recalled it 2 weeks later. Poor customer service, asked for phone number to call and email (5 days later) claimed they did not have a phone number.

2 months later, they replied the bourbon was returned to their warehouse & they could not send because they ran out of the item.

Ordered four bottles of very expensive Scotch, and three days later they were delivered. Fast exceptional service. I know there are a lot of bad reviews, and I was skeptical after reading them, but they came through.

Ordered 5 times. First 4 orders were 5 Star flawless.

Last one, a zero star nightmare.

Out of stock on 4 of 5 items...even though web said in stock.

Charged card, no ship, no e-mail for 2 weeks....then e-mail back and forth on substitutes....settled on in stock substitute items....still no ship.....

I paid by CC, so reversed the $215 charges just over 5 weeks after the order.

They have NO phone number and would not call me despite repeated attempts.

Placed an order and it took six weeks to tell me that they are "out of stock" and obviously a completely incompetent company.

I just ordered a bottle of hard to find liquor. Not only does this store have every liquor a manageable, it's shipping is fast. Alcohol is packed perfectly, came across the country and arrived with no leakage. The prices are very fair, and their website is people friendly. Highly recommend.

Scam. Should have read the reviews. Nothing in stock although it says in stock. Waiting on refund.

SCAM! Sells products not in stock, takes your money and then tells you you have to wait for a refund. So far, no refund. Now, a week later, product still shows in stock so they can scam others. Will report to the State Attorney General today.

Stated items were in stock upon placing order. Two weeks after ordering I receive an email that the items were not actually in stock. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!

If you think almost 4 weeks to receive an $800 order is acceptable, then by all means, order from these people.

I ordered 2 bottles of Redbreast Kentucky Oak Addition, plus the expedited shipping. 7 days went by with no update so I sent an inquiry. They let me know they were out of stock and did not have an expected date to restore.....be sure that what you are ordering is actually in stock. They may love scotch, but it looks like they love the payments more. Still waiting on a refund.

Paid for 6 bottles, received 5 bottles of the order. Did the 2 weeks (with a constant will take care of it.) Then nothing.

Delivery not worth a flyin f-ck...you as a customer cant track, have no idea when your delivery will be made, and no signature required...come get my package, porch pirate, said to be left on my porch...

BEWARE! Have been a customer for more than a couple years. Suddenly they do not respons to emails nor answer the phone about an order never received. No tracking or updates. Extremely unhappy with this company. I'm wondering if they folded or something.

Ordered twice from them and their scheme of free stuff is a total scam. Didn't receive the free stuff on either shipment and they will not return emails from me stating so. Good site but buyer beware!

Orderd bottle of Widow Jane 15 year old on 01/14. Ordering was easy, went without a problem. They inform me that they are out of stock a few days later, which is fine, happens. I send 4 emails since then, yet to be responded to. No phone number listed. Will update if/when there is a development. So far negative experience. Generally, liked the store, decent choice of whiskey, was planning an additional order.
Eventually all the issues were resolved, but G-d, they are taking their time.

I've ordered twice from lovescotch.com. Both times I ordered 4 bottles of different whiskey and bourbon and both times I ordered on Monday and received on Wednesday. Real happy with my orders
