Delivery was very fast. I love the quality of the dress I bought (Chrissy Smock Dress). Exact colour and looks exactly like the picture. The measurements were a little bit off though. I bought size S but its so much bigger, and whenever i sit or lay down the collar/neckline doesn’t stay and would ride down, so it looks much bigger and make me look silly):

The sizing is off. I read people saying to size up but I went with the size chart on the website and just hoped the trousers fit. When I got them I was VERY confused as my trousers came with an elastic waist in the back, which kinda makes them too big and no where on the website, online photos or reviews does it say or show an elastic waistband. Also the hips of the trousers are 12 inches bigger then the waist so it just looks like am wearing clown pants.

The trousers are great quality! The new upgrade on the button is lovely too makes them feel more sturdy :)

I bought one pair of trousers. I really liked the material and the overall quality. I just bought the wrong size by accident and I'm not sure about the fit because it was big on me. The order was placed in Eu i waited a long time, besides that the order was delayed from their side as well. It was sent 2 weeks after i placed my order

I was initially really excited to buy a skirt from LTT because I love their designs and wanted to support a smaller brand, however I would not order from them again.
1. They took ages to arrive
2. I ordered two sizes adjacent to eachother. One a little small but fit, the other was way to big and neither has stretch. The zipper immediately broke upon trying on the one that was a little small, and I assumed it was because it was a bit snug, but I gained some weight over Christmas and now the bigger one fits me perfectly, and the zipper immediately broke on that too.
3. Their customer service take ages to respond and sometimes don't ever reply.
4. The quality of the skirt overall just isn't worth the price. They're not lined, the stitching isn't great and as previous stated the zips broke almost instantaneously.

I ordered a handbag In November it took ages to arrive when it finally did I was hugely disappointed with the quality. it stated leather which I doubt it is the inside is crackly and feels cheap. I have tried to instigate a return/refund without success.

I had ordered two skirts, the lead time would take two weeks, so i got a bit worried, started reading reviews online. I was reading that almost everyone ordered way bigger sizes than their actual size, and that the product they were receiving would still be tight. I stressed a bit, because i had ordered my actual size, what if they would be indeed too small. I'd have to return the products and go through all that hassle. These are expensive skirts, total expense was €105,- including customs, shipping, VAT. Returning it would only increase those costs.
Today the skirts finally arrived, after patiently waiting three weeks.
Skirts fit true to size, in the mean time i lost a couple of pounds, so i actually have room left. They're not too short either. Pleated skirts at H&M feel shorter.
Quality is fine, zipper feels a bit sturdy, but not too bad. I'd give it a quality score 8/10. Shipping was 10/10.

Ordered on October 31, didn't hear anything for about a month so I sent an email, they apologised for not sending and sent the parcel straight away.

Didn't even take a week to show up in Australia :)

The Hayley clash trousers look exactly like what was shown on the site, material feels good, and I got a few compliments about them which is always a plus.

Overall happy with my purchase even if it took longer then expected.

So I purchased a pair of trousers for an event, which was dated 10 working days from the point of purchase and saw the turnaround was approximately 3-7 working days and hoped everything would okay. They didn’t arrive in time and the dispatch notification arrived 3 days before the post office even received them, which was quite frustrating but I appreciate they are a small team. The customer service I experienced was really good, but slow. I messaged them on their instagram and was told to email which I did towards the end of the week. The responses took 4 days to come through.

However the trousers have now arrived and are of a very high quality, the material is thick enough to be sturdy but not thick enough to be too warm. The sizing leaves something to be desired though. Im a size 18 and read I should buy bigger, I bought a 22 and thought I was being too cautious and they might be big. The 22 fits, but very snug. I would recommend getting 2-3 sizes bigger especially as a bigger person. Overall I am happy as they are lovely trousers in a funky pattern, however I think they need to explore faster shipping options and more staff and please for the love of god, get some plus sized models and more larger people will buy from your business.

I read a few reviews on here after my order hadn’t been shipped after 10 working days and was instantly filled with dread. I didn’t initially check their website and presumed shopping would be usual 3-5 days so the event I got the trousers for has long gone. Their website says 7-14 working days but I DM’d them anyway for reassurance and they got back to me within an hour to say that they’d had supply issues but the stock was now there and they were hitting the 14 days dispatch times. My order was dispatched after 13 working days, arrived today and the everything is gorgeous. I have a 2nd hand pair that are a few years old and imo the new pairs are thicker, better quality material. Sizing is consistent across every pair (I’m a UK 10-12, 12 fits perfectly) and the packaging was beautiful.
Yes, they shouldn’t have sold stock when they didn’t have it to hand. Yes, they could’ve been more transparent on their social media instead of announcing sales etc. I don’t know why their dispatch times are so long, I can only assume they don’t have enough staff for the amount of orders they receive, but be reassured that you will receive you beautiful new clothes.

Blaming covid for taking over a month to ship orders, after 6 weeks I requested a refund as they were continuing to bring out new clothes and announce sales yet somehow unable to post the clothing people had already purchased. They have never been good at dispatching orders but they’ve got considerably worse over time and I won’t be ordering again. Their quality also used to be quite high but my most recent purchase the material felt cheap, they’ve gone downhill a lot which is a shame because this used to be one of my go-to brands.

Well I'd love to give a good review but I've yet to have my order delivered! I placed my order over two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived !

Those shorts are perfect, they fit like they are made just for me (UK10)
