dear friend,
Sorry to keep you waiting so long. The product was out of stock when you purchased it. So the shipment was delayed for a few days.
Product dimensions are identified on the product page. This product is relatively small in size. You can choose other products with larger size.
Good toys fast delivery
Toys came well packaged and exactly as advertised. Fast delivery time as well.

The product you purchased indicates the size is 22cm/8.6inch. Product size is correct. Thanks a lot for your feedback. We take pictures of the ruler that comes with the product.
Said it was in the mail never showed up.
Said the package was in the mailbox but it wasn't and when we said we never got it they basically said it was delivered and it wasnt their problem so now we've just waisted nearly $40.

Your package has been checked on the USPS official website and has been delivered. Please contact USPS for specific delivery information. If they don't fully deliver the package. You can file a claim with USPS for compensation. If there is a complaint number. Only then can we apply for compensation from USPS.
Weird shipping but great product!
No shipping info until it had arrived, so that spooked us. But the product was more than we could have hoped for!!

Thank you so much for your compliment. We always hope to provide customers with satisfactory products and services.
Cargo transportation and customs have always been difficult for our merchants to intervene. Thank you very much for your understanding.
We welcome questions and suggestions from our customers.
Overall very good
Very soft, good quality silicone! Hard to get bored with so many vibration modes. I do wish the sucking function was a bit stronger

Terrible Shipping Time with No Resolution from Company
Shipping has now taken 2 weeks and USPS tracking still says in bold red letters "USPS awaiting package" the absolute slowest shipping ever, and I'm not sure it's even worth the wait at this point. I'm super annoyed and frustrated.

I'm so sorry to keep you waiting so long. I checked that your package has passed through US customs. It will be delivered in a few days. Overseas packages need to wait until they arrive at USPS in the United States before viewing shipping information on the USPS official website. If there are any questions. Please contact us in time. We will reply as soon as possible.
The package is sent from July 25th. It passed through customs on August 2. Shipping time for packages is approximately 7-15 business days. Please do not worry. The package arrived quickly.
Very kind emails they helped me
Very kind and clear communication, they helped me make up my mind about ordering. (after an bad experiance with an other store)

Was not shipped ):
I have received multiple emails about reviewing the item I purchased, but I have yet to actually be sent my product. Anytime I try to track my package the USPS says they still do not have it and I ordered this a little over two weeks ago… ):

Dear friend,
Your package was dispatched from the factory on July 8th. Most packages arrive within 7-14 business days. Your package has now passed through U.S. Customs. Handing over to USPS for delivery. You only need to wait a few more days to check the shipping information on the official USPS website. If there are any questions. Please contact us in time.
My order still has not shipped

I checked in the post office system that your package has arrived in the US. I believe it will be handed over to the local USPS in the next few days. New shipping information will be available in about a few days.
