Ich habe leider per Abo Modell die Boxen bestellt. Als ich eine Box (war noch nicht im Versand) abbestellen wollte, wurde einfach nicht auf mein Anliegen reagiert und die Box trotzdem ein paar Tage später versendet. Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch und man wird von einer automatisierten digitalen Assistenz vertröstet. Der richtige Kundenservice kümmert sich 0. Nie wieder

Na een eenmalige aankoop zit je ineens vast aan een abonnement. Dit bedrijf blijft ongevraagd boxen sturen, ook na het stopzetten van je abonnement. Telefoonnummer van het bedrijf is niet bereikbaar. Op andere manieren krijg je ook geen contact: enkel een een reactie van een chatbot. Kwalitatief goed en leuk speelgoed, maar nee, grote spijt van mijn aankoop door deze slechte service en veel geld kwijt inmiddels.

Ich hatte heute Kontakt zum Customer Service Agent Viel aufgrund einer unvollständigen Lieferung und bin begeistert. Nach meiner Email wurde ich binnen Minuten rück kontaktiert.
Es war eine sehr hilfreiche, verständnisvolle und höfliche Support Erfahrung die ich so noch nie hatte. Danke dafür.

It used to be a great experience- now, I am waiting for 6 months (!) for a spare part they promised to send back in July 2025.

Ik heb dit abonnement al langere tijd en eerder ging het gewoon goed. Pas de laatste paar keer gaat het mis. Het bedrag wordt afgeschreven en ik krijg een bevestiging, maar de box wordt niet verstuurd. Ik moet er elke keer zelf achteraan voordat er iets gebeurt. Nu schuiven ze het probleem ineens af op mijn bank, terwijl daar niets is veranderd en dit probleem eerder ook niet bestond. Zelfs nadat ik had laten zien dat het bedrag van mijn rekening is afgeschreven en naar hen is overgemaakt, reageren ze niet meer. Zeer slechte en onbetrouwbare service.
Niet daar bestellen !!!!

It used to be great....but now their customer service is terrible. They try to cut cost with AI, and then take 4 days to reply if the chatbot doesn't help. This is a premium service, a subscription where you pay 124€ plus shipping. The shipping is also terrible, now. They use DHL, who subcontracts a local partner, and they missed providing my full address and telephone. I've been waiting for over a week since they say it was out for delivery and nothing. Emails don't get a reply from Lovevery or the local partner. DHL replied after a few days from a noreply email asking me to talk with the local partner when the responsibility is theirs. I'm cancelling my subscription.

With the price Lovevery is charging customers, why wouldn’t it invest a bit into customer service experience? No direct phone, just a useless robot wasting peoples time and endless waiting to hear back by emails. Emails are already so slow, what’s even worse is that if you have a quick follow-up, it’s another round of endless waiting. Very disappointed.

Tous les kits de jeu - je les ai tous - sont d'excellente qualité et très ingénieux. Je n'achète plus d'autres jouets car l'offre est adaptée à chaque âge et parfaitement pensée.

I made a 3 months subscription and paid over 400 Euros. I have not received my order number and Lovevery is not replying any of my emails to give me and update on the situation. I’m so far very disappointed in the experience and company!

Ich schreibe normalerweise keine oder sehr selten Rezessionen. Hier vin ich extrem überrascht über die vielen negativen Rezessionen. Habe das Abo seit mein Kind 8 Monate ist und werde es bis zum letzten Set beibehalten. Es fehlen nur 2 Sets. Fand die Sets immer gut inhaltlich wie auch qualitativ. Aus stabilem Material meistens Holz. Nicht ganz günstig, aber das ist es mir Wert. Verstehe die negativen Rezessionen nicht, vorallem wenn man bedenkt was es für Schrott sonst zu kaufen gibt, möchte erst gar nicht den Schrott erwähnen der auf Insta und FB angeboten wird.

They put me on a subscription plan I didn't agree to and defrauded me of 133 euros, also if you are in Europe you can report them to the authorities in the Netherlands since that is where their european headquarters are based. You can report them to the Dutch Consumer Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt - ACM)

Ordered a three month subscription. The first box was shipped very quickly and delivered within a few days.
Due to an error I had to pay customs on pick up which I had already paid in the shipping stage of the ordering.
I contacted customer service and got help within a few hours. Sent over documentation of the extra payment and got a refund in two days.
They were extremely nice and responsive. Very happy with the customer service!

Also very happy with the product (Looker kit), feels like good quality products. Also enjoy the explanation for each toy and how to use them.

Wir haben im Dezember das erste Mal eine Lovevery Spielzeug Box für unseren Sohn bestellt und waren eigentlich super zufrieden. Das Spielzeug ist hochwertig und er hatte viel Freude daran.
Ein Set kostet aktuell 84€, was okay, aber schon recht teuer ist. Versand war bis vor kurzem kostenlos.
Nun haben wir gerade die Rechnung/ Ankündigung für das 3. Set bekommen und der Versand kostet plötzlich 7,90€. Finde ich absolut uncool, weshalb das Abo nun gekündigt wird. Wir werden uns zukünftig das entsprechende Spielzeug woanders besorgen.

Ich habe ein Spielset bestellt, welches nie ankam! Bei jeder Kontaktaufnahme hatten sie eine andere Ausrede; im Sendungsetikett lag ein Fehler vor - bis das Paket wurde an uns zurückgeschickt. Nach 6 Wochen drohte Ich damit, dass ich rechtliche Schritte einleite oder das Geld zurück will. Hatte am selben Tag noch das Geld zurück. Ebenfalls wurde mich zur Entschädigung ein Spielset versprochen, welches überraschenderweise auch nie an kam… Nie wieder bestelle ich bei dieser Firma.

So disappointed! Great toys, but their logistics and delivery are beyond terrible. We have a subscription for the play kits and are already waiting for over 3 weeks to even get the order processed…so then we will wait for the actual delivery. This means we lose valuable play time and our child won’t be as interested in all toys. Customer service stopped responding to my emails asking whether the kit will ever be delivered. This is so frustrating and disappointing that no matter how good the toys are, the overall experience is a buzz kill, so definitely not worth the nerves in my opinion. We cancelled the subscription.

Ich bin seit 2 Jahren Kunde bei lovevery und jedes Mal gab es Probleme. Die Sets sind teilweise gebraucht & Ersatz wird versprochen, aber nie versendet. Ich warte seit drei Monaten auf mein Paket! Kundenservice antwortet nicht & soziale Medien wird geheuchelt, man kümmere sich.

Am 26.12.24 habe ich zwei Regale inkl. Zubehör bestellt. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage und dem Versprechen, sich bei mir betreffend Liefertermin zu melden, werde ich seit Wochen vertröstet - aktuell immer noch kein Liefertermin in Sicht. Das Geld wurde jedoch sofort der Kreditkarte belastet. Richtig mühsam!

I've been using Lovevery products for over a year now, and am very happy with the quilality of their toys, however my latest experience with their costumer service is beyond terrible.

I've ordered and payed for a kitchen and 4 subscription boxes in November. The kitchen arrived promptly, and the first box was scheduled for first week of January. After not hearing anything for two weeks I requested an update. I was informed there was a problem with the payment, implying that I was at fault. When I pointed out that that is impossible since they would not have sent the first order then either, they've opened up an investigation. Since then I have received no updates or precise information about the process. (E.g. how long will it take to check if a payment came through? I would assume it's a simple task that doesn’t cost 2 weeks ). When requesting updates, the costumer service responds with standard replies that very effectively communicatie "we say we care, but truly, we don't give a damn".

Meanwhile my son had lost one month of the three for which the toys are designed for. At this speed I assume we'll get a resolution to the problem when the next subscription box is due.

On another note, it's only possible to contact costumer service through email or WhatsApp. Contact through mail is extremely slow, and if you're not willing to give you data for free to Zuckerberg, they just expect you to suffer.

Habe vor 3 Wochen das Regal bestellt und bis heute nichts erhalten! Auf der Website wird damit geworben, dass Bestellungen am nächsten Werktag versendet werden. Das ist gelogen! Sieht man auch anhand der Bewertungen! Ich werde ständig vom Kundenservice vertröstet dass man sich drum kümmert aber letztendlich passiert nichts!

My parcel has supposedly been on the way for about a month, the tracking number I was provided doesn’t work, first time I reached out to customer support I got a bot telling me to use their website (???!?) second time remains to be seen since its been nearly 10days since I requested a human contacted me and nothing yet…So disappointed
