I'm a young lad that wanted to hire a car for the day to explore further afield than Sunny Beach, after looking round I found top rent a car / low cost cars and was super sceptical of it... decided to take the risk with it and hire a car with them. It was unbelievably easy and straight forward, just chose the car you wanted and it showed the actual price no hidden fees or anything!

Went to pick it up and it was super easy, super quick and the staff were super friendly. The car was lovely too and they honoured the price when there'd been a mix up with the one I selected being unavailable.

Returning it was just as simple, few taps on the card machine and deposit was returned instantly and handed keys over and that was that!

Overall amazing experience, was worried at first but was proved they are trustworthy. Would 100% recommend getting a vehicle with either low cost cars or top rent a car!

Car in top condition. Debit returned immediately after returning the car. Staff competent, efficient and polite.

It was now the 2nd time that we received a car/Passat with a malfunctioning sensor with regards to the tyre pressure. The yellow lamp tells that the pressure is too low although in fact it is all right. Annoying

Absolutely no problems with a very friendly agent, and no pressure to sell us excess insurance (which we always have on an annual policy).

It may not have been the fanciest car I have ever driven, but it was roomy, complete, incredible fuel milage, and the rental price matched any price (other than borrowing it from a friend).

Nowhere on the website it said you had to pay more for going abroad. Now they charged me 300 euro for crossing the border.

We had a great experience renting a car for our 7-day trip! Pickup and return were seamless, and we even got our deposit back hassle-free. The customer support was excellent too!

I had emailed the booking company 24 hours before to say I would be collecting the car at 20.30 not 18:00 ,I arrived at 20:00 office was closed so I called the main number and to wait for an hour, lady turned up for locost and I was told I would have to pay a 24euro late collection fee, then asked to wait until other people arrived on their flights before i can collect my car, I have been sat waiting now for nearly 2 hours in the airport, I have used topcar and locost for several years, several times a year, but no more ,just dreadful,

The car was great although a bit old. Quick pick-up and drop-off. Friendly staff. Shuttle from airport to main office in Sofia Bulgaria which is very confinient. Great prices for rent.

The car was well preserved. The staff was extremely kind and responsive to all my questions, they refunded my deposit immediately after returning the car, I recommend this company!

Good car for a reasonable price. I've always found Top to be reliable and would recommend them over any other rental company in Bulgaria

They are very professional and fast on the administration side.In 10 min I was able to have all my paperwork done and to leave with the car.
