Great Car, suitable for 4 Persons easily even for longer trips. Infotainment 5/5 as well, it supports Bluetooth and has a charging port.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The car was in great condition and the price was low.

The car was technically al right, but optically really bad and very old. Lots of scratches and dents. Al the other cars on the rental space were new and clean. Except ours…
But after all we enjoyed our rent.

Pick up times can be a little long if it's the first time you've used them. Otherwise they have been completely professional and as good as the big name brands.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff they were very helpful.

The car was handed over with a fuel level of 82%, which was also noted in the handover report, with the comment that there was probably a problem with the fuel gauge, as the previous customer had shown a receipt and the car should therefore have a full tank. So far so good. When I returned the car, I filled it up and asked about the fuel level. I was told that everything was OK because I had more than 82% in the tank. A refund of the difference was not considered.
Apart from that, everything was fine! The employee was very courteous and friendly. The rental itself went quickly.

Free shuttle to and from airport. Some car hire companies charge for this. Good clean budget car. A pleasure to drive. Clear and comprehensive communication. I returned the car in the same condition. This was confirmed in seconds and my deposit returned. I highly recommend this company. A+ 10 out of 10. Will use them on my next trip to Sophia.

Good service except there was only 4 seats available in a Duster which normally is equipped with 5 seats and 5 belts. The central sit was neutralized and in the grey card it was written 3+1.
We were 5 people, one of us was in danger during all the trip.

Good company with lots of cars, efficient pick at terminal 1, no problems with 21 days car rental. Maybe frequent users can be made quicker for documentation

Rented a Dacia Duster. Car was 2 years old, around 42k KM, very clean and in good working condition.
The staff, both at the rental office and the guys at the garage who give and receive the vehicle where available, spoke good English, and were polite and true.
Price was competitive.

the car rental desk was just in front of the arrival gate, and the car pickup itself was in the same building, just an elevator ride away. very fast, the stuff was super attentive and professional.
