Excellent Service they are on the case…
Excellent Service they are on the case very quickly and being a Firm of Legal Solicitors they have the credentials to delve deeper into getting the information from the Car Finance Brokers.
I would highly recommend using LST Solicitors what have you got to lose or the Win is for both of us so worth a try.

Just to clarify, we do not submit complaints to lenders without clear consent from the client. This consent is provided by the client during the final step of the signing process, where the terms are outlined and agreed to. If no consent is given, no complaint is submitted.
The final step of our online form — where your electronic signature is provided — explains that your authorisation will be applied to the agreement documents and emailed to you.
At the moment, we’re unable to locate your details through Trustpilot, which means we can't confirm whether a complaint has been submitted in your name. We’ve submitted a request via Trustpilot to help identify your case, or alternatively, you’re welcome to contact us directly at info@lstsolicitors.co.uk and we’ll ensure this is looked into as a priority.

Extremely misleading!!!
Like many others, I went through an online ‘eligibility checker’ that I received via email to check for any potential claims with car finance agreements I have had.
I assumed the signature process was the permission for you to search my credit file to find any agreements - I did not consent to my signature being used to sign into an actual agreement for you to act on my behalf.
Please cancel and remove all of my details and just to be clear…I DO NOT want you to pursue any claims on my behalf.
I am literally posting this review 15 minutes or so after filling in your misleading form - I have sent this in an email also, as proof I have requested to cancel within the ‘14 day cooling off period’. VERY unprofessional.
