Excellent service on our purchase, the sales girl was very helpful,knowledgeable and efficient

Called in at LSW and was greeted by Peter & Amy who were there to advise us but allowed us to look around the store at our leisure. We purchased a 2 seater sofa and a chair which was delivered to us within 2 weeks. We ended up going back a couple of weeks later and purchased a lovely corner sofa and we a very pleased with both our purchases.

I won £1000 towards my settees before Christmas on a competition LSW ran on Facebook . There were so many designs & fabrics to choose from & they were so helpful . When they were delivered they were even better than I could have imagined , the quality is superb ! Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I was kept informed from the day I ordered my sofa to the day of delivery. The delivery time was spot on, a bit of a hitch in actually getting the sofa into the house through one of the doors, but this was very quickly sorted.
Delighted with my sofa, the price & quality is fantastic, my sofa is very comfortable & despite it being a 2 seater I have been able to have afternoon naps on it, laying down!
I cannot recommend this company & Pete more highly, great experience with them.

Recently bought a sofa from these guys, service and quality was absolutely excellent! Constant communication while order was fulfilled and really helpful in the shop. They also have so many sofas to choose from. I will be back next time I need another!
