Total rip off. Lube thornbury didn't do service and charged call out fee and on invoice it says customer decided to not go ahead with servicing car. What a lie when I didn't made any request it was the mechanic who decided. I wouldn't recommend lube at all.

Thank you for excellent service. I had urgent need for repair and phone booking so convenient - repairer phoned to confirm attendance time...Damien attended with sidekick and both very professional, helpful. Fault found promptly, spare part sourced & delivered quickly all repairs done and extra services done...very impressed with speed. Car working again and would definitely recommend.
Adem did a great job diagnosing an overheating problem and taught me a lot about what to look out for if anything similar occurs in the future. This was after the dealer blindly replaced a part that was not faulty. With what I have now learned I believe that it was easy to determine that the part they replaced was in working order. They made no attempt to check for themselves and only went on the diagnosis given after a quick roadside check by NRMA. Adem rapidly diagnosed the problem and then ordered the new thermostat (from Ford based on my request) and sorted out the issue without any fuss. I would definitely recommend LubeMobile based on my experience.
My first time using Lube Mobile,Joshua (Mobile Code -G102) the Mechanic who attended my car was professional and respectful he explained everything including what cost I was in for, did everything necessary required including obtaining a new battery,along with other items and preventative mesures as required and a pink slip and a discount which was very much appreciated I would recommend him.Also like to add Receptionist Cerlinda who took the time out to fulfil my enquiry regarding feedback.
Sam did an awesome job servicing my vehicle, he was polite, professional and explained everything I needed to know. This is my 2nd service with Lube Mobile, recommend highly, would definitely use again
Requested a four wheel drive service and quoted $98.00. I received a FWD vehicle service which cost $1100.00. I'm not complaining as my vehicle needed what was done but understanding what a FWD service and what a FWD vehicle service is are two different things.
The worst service I have had in my life, they tried to steal my money by asking me for a lot more money compared to the estimate made online, when the service I had booked was easy: I made the estimate (with great difficulty because they gave me a quote wrong 3 times by simulating a discounted quote that wasn't real) to replace the starter motor of my car, the mechanic came to my address without a replacement, simulating an inspection, telling me that he didn't know what the problem was. Then he told me that the problem was the starter motor, (boy obviously I had booked to replace it!) He didn't have the spare part with him and he gave me a different quote, really expensive, compared to the original. Results I waste my time with them, I miss an appointment because they couldn't fix my car, who will pay for this? Thank you for your best service! Ps I can try all this, I have emails, quotes and I booked 5 days before requesting the service! Shameful!

Do Not Trust!
Had a service a few months ago by Lube Mobile, was told I was due for new brake pads soon, so I booked another call out to get them replaced.
Mechanic came and was rude from the get go. was short with me when I didn't know exactly which brake pads needed replacing. so he for some reason had to take my car down the road and out of sight to have a look.
FIRST RED FLAG.
he then came back with a very big attitude telling me the car is rusty and disgusting and he isn’t touching the brake pads and that I needed all new rotors instead and quoted me more than $1500!
to which I was confused as the mechanic I had out less than a month earlier from the same company, never mentioned anything about my rotors being worn. and he was there changing my starter motor and removed all my wheels and did an inspection and alignment.
I decided to reach out to some other mechanics as I was feeling extremely weary!
I got a quote elsewhere to replace all my rotors and they quoted me LESS than $600.
I have used lube mobile for years and certainly won’t be using or recommending them ever again.
You hear enough stories of mechanics ripping off woman and as if that doesn’t make you weary enough. You then get treated like crap by a large mechanic chain, what a way to restore your faith in this trade.

I was stranded on the roadside in Geebung this morning and got absolutely no help from my insurance roadside assistance, nor RACQ. I contacted Lube Mobile and was told there would be a mechanic with me within the hour. I just assumed this was lip service and settled in for hours of waiting. But, nope....Steven was there within 5 MINUTES!!! And then he proved to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helped me out of a very stressful situation. I can not thank him enough and have already been singing the praises of Lube Mobile and Steven to anyone I know. Steven you completely turned around my very crappy morning so thank you so much!
Never turned up or left message as to why. Job number B1808378. Waited all afternoon for a booked time of 2pm to 4pm. Rang them next morning told that a manager would ring me. Have not heard back yet

Had my car for 6 months. Returned to me 3 times, but was leaking oil, car low on power and even worse, came back with dinted, scratched and chipped panels. All after I payed to have the engine reconditioned. Do not risk your car with them.

Kane came out this morning to have a look at my car. Kane quickly found the problem and resolution. He was open and honest about the cost and what needed to be done to get me back on the roads. I’m happy to have my car working again and will definitely be calling back and asking for Kane when I need a service :)
Andy is friendly and highly professional. He’s one of two Andy’s from Lube Mobile who I have as my regular mechanics. Money’s a bit tight right now and it’s so appreciated how up front they are about arrival time to where YOU are, estimates, flexibility, access to most things they require and cost. Andy(s) listen, unlike some so-called reputable mechanics. 10/10 LubeMobile!!
My car had a noise in the engine so I arranged a service. On arrival, the mechanic turned the car on and said he would assess what’s happening. He proceeded to do the service and charged me over $300. Following the service the malfunction indicator light appeared on dashboard and second mechanic investigated 5 days later. It took him no more than 5 minutes to determine I need to replace the engine. So i am at a loss as to why the other mechanic wasn’t able to make the same assessment and effectively waste a few hundred dollars

Chris D came out the very next day after I reported an issue. He was thorough and gave me a quick and honest diagnosis and quote. Great service.
Hats off to Thomas and Angus(Van V43) from Wangara. Thomas was very knowledgeable and physically showed me the issues with my car and explained in detail how these issues can be resolved. I would definitely recommend Lubemobile to family and friends.

Lube mobile came out to try and diagnose my car. Paid for diagnostic scan to be done and then told no codes came up. Also told catalytic converter was clear and not blocked. I was advised that my cam phasers needed further investigation at a cost of around $3k. At that point my car sat idle for a little while whilst I contemplated my next move and also having to attend cancer appointments. During this time I had a nagging urge to send it to someone else. So my car went to a garage via tow truck. There this mechanic ran diagnostics also and found 13 codes had come up for my car. After further investigation he found the catalytic converter to be blocked after replacement of part (lube mobile said was fine) my car is now back working and on the road.
I contacted lube mobile and ended up speaking with Sean that very politely told me it was my fault for not allowing them to investigate further. Then I pointed out they had already looked at part and said it was ok. And their next step would have cost me $3k+ and wouldn’t fix my car. Sean politely told me they would have found problem eventually at my expense. I also pointed out I was told my best option was to get a complete new engine. Again would not of fixed problem. But would have put this already struggling cancer patient further behind. Glad I went with my gut instinct and went with another mechanic. He was able to fix my car cheaper than what lube mobiles next step of investigation of cam phasers would have been plus what other invesgations they would have come up with at my expense.
Thank you again lube mobile for taking my money not diagnosing.
Would I recommend. Highly NO. Not unless you want to waste your money.

I had new tyres put on my caravan by the mobile tyre service of Lube Mobile. After fitment the van was stored in its carport at home. A few days ago I hooked up my van and saw two sets of weights (as used in balancing) lying on the ground. I wrote 2 emails about it to the company and got zero response. A phone call did not help either as the person told me to write an email?? Very poor aftersales response. Never again!

My regular mechanic is on holidays and my car had broken down so I called Lube Mobile for help and they sent me Ray. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue promptly, then repaired, replaced and serviced in a far shorter time than I thought. And the cost was about what we expected, so no nasty surprises.
