I've just finished dealing with a girl called Lesley over the online chat. In a very short time she had me booked with an excellent mobile repair in an amazing time frame. The price is second to none that I could find having sourced quotes all morning. So a big thankyou to Lesley and the team for acting so efficiently and effectively to overcome my issue.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided for my vehicle. Although the mechanic identified the key issue during the inspection, I was still unable to start the car after the service. This situation led me to discover that the battery was flat, despite the service invoice indicating that the battery life was still good.
This oversight has caused me to incur additional expenses and waste valuable time in resolving the actual issue.
Please advise what action will be taken by lube mobile to ensure reliable service in the future and to compensate the loss of my time & additional cost incurred.

Nathan was an outstanding mechanic and very trustworthy bloke, I’ll call him from now on to fix any future issues with my car, blokes like that give the company a good name. Price was as expected for the problem I had.
I booked a mechanic on-line which was very straightforward. He text telling me he was was 10 min away and arrived on time. The mechanic named Aaron was friendly and very efficient. I'll definitely recommend him to friends and family. My Subaru now runs like a dream.
On the 25/06/2024 I had an mechanic from lube mobile come to fix my mitsubishi triton 2018 as the PDF and engine light was on and the car was in limp mod i need lube mobile to look at it they replaced a intercooler hose and then do a clean on the DPF but there chemicals they use would do anything well thats what the mechanic(Philip) told me and then had to do a DPF regeneration the mechanic send that he had tried to force a regen buy resetting the setting but but still dont work the car was still in limp mode and the mechanic told me that i need to buy a new PDF filter that was about $4000 after they had apparently done all the following the car wasnt fixed

so after all that i call a local mechanic told them what was wrong and showed them the work that has already been done and the car was still in limp mode and apparently needed a new PDF they advised me not to buy a new PDF filter as that will not be the problem so i booked the car in for today the 22/07/2024 the local mechanic and what they had found is that the lube mobile mechanic did not reset all the setting to do the regeneration so they finished what lube mobile was pay to do and cost me extra $304 so i will not recommend using this company and will never use them again what a JOKE NOT HAPPY and i will be taking this further

Have not had a problem with any job that these guys have done. You will not get ripped off. Dont muck around and get the job done well. I wont go to anyone else now.

Awful experience. Would definitely recommend against using Lube Mobile. Got charged $827.26 just for the diagnosis that was completely incorrect. Ended up being a simple fix that a mate did in 20 minutes.

Firstly, this email was not prompted nor requested. My previous review (11/6/24) headed 'Absolute Ripoff' was reviewed by Lube Mobile management and the Invoice checked. Found the service tech. was unfamiliar with company invoicing and error(s) made. The invoice was corrected and the errors credited back. Restored my faith in good, experienced businesses that should be given a fair go. And good management that listens and acts.
Had issue with starter motor they fixed it quickly back on road before I knew it

Massive thank you to Tedd for his expertise, fixed 2 previous mechanics screw ups and went above and beyond to order new parts and installed on the day!
I got a lube mobile van out to do a gear box service as it was changing really rough. Cost me $99 to have him look at it for 15mins. In that 15 mins all he did was plug in the test machine and tell me nothing came up as a fault. He went on to tell me it would cost $150 for him to test drive it then would be a charge for him to diagnose it in 15 min intervals (of I think it was $65 after that). The gearbox service was first quoted at $995 but when I said my last one was mid $300 he could bring the price down to $775. Luckily for me I actually know a bit about cars otherwise I would have paid a lot more than I needed to. Ended up taking it to a nearby mechanic where I got the gearbox serviced for $301 and rear mount replaced as I said to the lube mobile mechanic was the issue. He went on to tell me that a service wouldn’t fix the issue and gave me overly inflated quotes for things I didn’t need.would not recommend to anyone especially a female. Definately tried to make me feel like I had no idea what I needed even though I knew exactly what the problem was. He would have as well if he had driven the car instead of plugging his diagnostic machine in 10 times.

Thank you to John from Lube Mobile for fixing two leaks in my Purgeot. It was a huge job and he was meticulous from beginning to end. He is very courteous and professional and I would recommend this company for any repairs needed.
This was the first time I had a car service done at home. Paul (Van M31) serviced my car and he was professional, clearly explained the issues along with photos and gave great advice. I would definitely have Paul look after my car again and highly recommend him.
Had my car serviced after a while without one. Lovely staff and so easy to deal with. Super efficient and honest with the service. He was super friendly and overall professional. Would 100% recommend!
Sunny (U27) came through and did a gearbox service for me. Kept me up to date on everything he was doing and did an amazing job. Saved me nearly $300 as opposed to other quotes elsewhere. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using lube mobile again
Matthew is an absolute legend, had my wifes ''Kia Sorento'' car log serviced while working from home, While working on my laptop I was receiving car inspection video mesages from Matthew explaining all observations in detail from tyres to the engine block of whats going with her car.
I came out to talk to talk him to confirm the works to complete and went back inside to continue working. An hour and a half later I received another video message of exact details of the works completed, even shared visuals of the parts replaced and consumbles used and how the parts of the engine was now running and hes cleaned in and around the engine block the exterior car and shined the tyres. Before leaving he left a list things to consider doing next and contact card.
Never experienced such impeccable service. Definitely picking Matthew for next car service, money well spent.

Had my car serviced on Monday.
Last night I noticed a smell coming from the engine. Popped the bonnet to find my oil cap missing and oil sprayed all throughout my engine bay. Either cap was not replaced or not screwed on tight enough by the mechanic.

Excellent Job, way above and beyond what was expected.
Did an extra effort in replacing my alternator/ belts,
but also identified issues with my brake line which would have been a disaster waiting to happen. Totally appreciated if there were more stars would have rated them all. Fully satisfied
The Lube Mobile technician arrived without the appropriate equipment to do the job. The wrong products were used and then he charged more than the quoted price. I won't be using Lube Mobile again, I would not recommend them to anyone based on the totally unsatisfactory experience I had.
Now something good to report - after lodging my complaint with Lube Mobile, they sent out another technician who did the work as quoted with the correct equipment. So, problem resolved.
