I love the laundry sheets best of all. My washing smells fresh even when I have left it in my machine for a while before hanging it out. Easy to store and quick to use. Took it on my caravan lap and it was so good no messy pours or powder spills. I have given a couple of boxes away for my family to try. Ordering is so quick and simple.

Products are great but I have accidently signed up to a subscription a couple of times. Hard to cancel, I thought I had, but it is not a one click to cancel as it should be, a little deceiving. Shame I think this is a great product but the clunky website has turned me off.

When we discovered Lucent Globe, we didnt hesitate in buying and subscribing to products that are less waste, easier to store by taking up less space and above all, they really are fantastic products. Would reccomend to anyone.

The products are great, they really are. But I got caught out with the subscriptions. Orders are automatically charged and shipped before you even realise you had a subscription order. No notifications are provided in advance and I really find that disappointing (even a little sneaky). You can return subscription orders, but you have to cover shipping. Overall great products, but I won't order again.

Great products that i use for all cleaning in my home

Always polite, you keep it real and friendly. My hubby does the washing, he has in the past continually complained how the washing would come out with white ‘stuff’ all over the clothes and he’d have to repeat the wash (regardless of cleaning the machine etc). Once we changed to Lucent Globe, he’s a happy man! Literally hasn’t had an issue. We were unimpressed with the dishwasher sheets at first. We’ve persevered as we hate that squeaky build up you get on your plates with the pods. If you rinse the plates pretty well, they do a good job.

I have used these laundry sheets before but most recently i used the Midnight Muse laundry sheets and apart from being great at cleaning the scent is heavenly. I totally recommend these sheets to anyone. I also love that no plastics are used

So easy to use as the detergent is in convenient sheets, no spills, no shaking the bottle to get the last drop out, no bottle, great for the environment, great to know I’m not adding to planet pollution, no harsh chemicals being absorbed from my clothes through to my skin. No lugging heavy bottles, boxes and tubs up the stairs, straight to my door via free shipping when you have a subscription. Beautiful clean scent without causing allergies. WIN WIN WIN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This company is doing everything right, they are eco-friendly, they use plant based formulas, reduce plastic waste and I am not paying for water and chemicals. I started with the laundry sheets and have now moved on to cleaning and dishwasher products to. I love the new scents and they clean beautifully.

I would love to say you both big thanks because made me realising to save the world stop plastics! Also I love dishwashing and laundry sheets which s nice smell! No itch! No toxic!

The spray bottles broke (spray mechanism).
The dishwasher sheets made my dishwasher go into fault mode.
Love the natural products. Toilet cleaning sheets and handwashing sheets are great. Multipurpose cleaning spray is good but bottles spray mechanisms broke very soon after having received them. I reached out to your company but you didn’t respond.

Love the multi purpose sheets, also the toilet sheets are great. Laundry sheets are excellent especially to take on holidays as less to pack. I have been told not to use the dishwasher sheets in my new dishwasher as they can foam up too much, so the ones I have I use for hand washing the dishes at home and in the caravan. My only complaint is the second spray bottle I have for the multi purpose spray has decided to stop working, just like the last one, so maybe you guys need to do a bit of research on this, otherwise I'm very happy with my products and your great service

Fantastic products. Love them all. I also feel so much better not using as much plastic in the house. We should all do our bit where we can to reduce our footprint

Orders not filled if more than one order made on the same day. So if you forget something and do a quick extra order the extra order turns up but you are left to chase up the original bigger order without a contact number to call and make it easy. The business model is great for business costs but frustrating and rubbish for customer service that you cannot easily call someone and resolve any issues. I have still not received any phone call but I have seen movement in the order site. I was ready to go to consumer affairs or fair traders for sales technique and business practices even considering police. I wanted resolution by Wednesday 22 July and was not given the courtesy of a phone call. Just notification that the items are shipped. I love the products and want to support Australian innovation and environmental friendly products but the current business practices make it very hard unless the ordering system is resolved

I have been using these products for about a year now and won't buy normal washing powder every again! Convenient, smells great and clean clothes 🙌 everything i need AND i get to support a great small Aussie business 🙏 thanks guys!
