The process took a couple of days to verify and complete the withdrawal, which is normal. I deposited $80 and ended up winning over $700, and I was able to cash out without any problems. There was a lot of playthrough involved, and it was a bit stressful watching the balance go up and down, but in the end, I came out ahead. Customer service was the best I’ve dealt with, especially over the phone. No issues with payouts at all. I’ll likely deposit again soon and give it another shot. Overall, a very positive experience.

Der Kunde ist Hier EGAL

Ich bin seit einer Weile kunde Hier.
Alles wahr Halbwegs in ordnung.
Vorgestern habe ich das bonus angebot benutzt das einem: 777 Freispiele gibt über sieben Tage lang.pro Tag 111 freispiele, mit einer Wettanforderung von nur Mal 10. Das ist echt gut..

Allerdings.
Die ersten 111 freispiele wurden gleich nach der einzahlung gutgeschrieben.
Was klar war.mit der einzahlung habe ich natürlich nichts gewonnen.
Am zweiten Tag ebenso alles gut freispiele erhalten 111 stück.
Gewonnen habe ich die maximalen 100€ pro Tag.habe ich auszahlen lassen,. Hat bis heute gedauert es zu erhalten.

So die letzten beiden Tage freispiele nicht erhalten!!! Auf mehrfache anfrage im support keine lösung keine hilfe nur vertröstung, sollte noch 555 freispiele erhalten.
Übernächster Tag wieder mehrmals im Chat..
Nur vertröstung. Und Bestechungsversuche, mit freispielen mal 40 wettanforderung,. ERGO KANNST NICHT GEWINNEN.

Eine Stunde im chat gewesen. Heißt es plötzlich es gibt ein problem ABER.
Die Manager wollen nicht helfen.
Auf anfrage keine genauen antworten.nur ,es gibt ein problem Tut mir leid.
Auf anfrage ob es ein anderes dementsprechendes angebot für mich gibt? NEIN nix da,.
Ich habe ja die zwei bestechungsversuche nicht angenommen ALSO kann das Management nicht tun.
Sehr seltsam nicht Wahr.

Abschluss der sache. wärend meiner beschwerde am am 4ten Tag wurde wären des chats meine Auszahlung durchgeführt. 3 Tage später.
ABER mir stehen noch 555 FREISPIELE zu, die ich einfach nicht erhalte.weil ihnen grad danach ist.
Mich haben sie als kunden verloren.

FAZIT.

HIER BITTE NICHT SPIELEN!
Wenn euch eurer geld und eure Zeit wichtig ist!

Absolute fraud. Paid funds into play and was given deposit bonus. Had no idea there was a bet limit as every other sites tells you if you cant bet a certain wage with bonus bets, Won $3,000 and went to cash out as I had bet bonus amount 40X, After 5 days , money disappeared, withdrawal cancelled and they stated you made a few bets over the maximum for deposit bonus and said back luck u get nothing.

Lucky vibe is a somewhat decent casino unfortunately I didn’t get a win, I quickly identified that I was getting too close to having a serious addiction and gambling too much, so I decided to put in a self exclusion they did take a while for them to respond but they did eventually. My overall experience with this website it’s average that’s my final opinion.

Habe mit Bonus eingezahlt (100€+500€ Bonusgeld)und alles umgesetzt und hatte dann 5200€ echt Geld. Bekomme auch nichts.

Wie so viele andere hier habe ich mit mehr als 5€ Einsatz gespielt. Normalerweise werden bei Spielen mit Bonus solche Spins automatisch geblockt, hier nicht.

Man setzt darauf, dass der Spieler mit mehr als 5€ dreht (ist laut AGB ein Regel Verstoß) um dann das Geld einbehalten zu können aufgrund eines Regelverstoßes.

Lucky vibe casino absolute crooks, made my deposit played and won $2k then the games began when I wanted to withdraw. The old verification scam began! I sent photos of my licence which they accepted. They requested a utility bill with name and address ect clearly on it, of course this had to be a photo with the background shown and no cropping which it was. So they rejected it saying they didnt require a utility bill even though it clearly stated they did.

They requested a photo of the card that was used to deposit with so I provided them with it following their idiotic rules. They then rejected it saying they required instead a photo following all the idiotic rules which I did of a statement from my bank. They rejected it saying they required a copy of the card I used to deposit with.

So around and around it went until I gave up, but they will only ever get the one deposit from me. My advice to players if you want to throw your money away then deposit with luckyvibe casino because they will rip you off. I have all the copies of the emails requesting the documents I have mentioned and the rejections and then the same requests repeatedly and I have some screenshots of the crap they went on with. Stay AWAY from this casino.
I gave them one star only because I had to, they take peoples hard earned money and run with it.
