Went in to get a fun gift for my gf, was already scared because it was the first time I had ever went to a sex shop and from the moment I walked in the staff were extremely rude and condescending. They almost seemed annoyed that I was in the shop. Even after mentioning it was my first time in a sex shop, the response was ‘I can tell’. The staff clearly don’t use any of there own products or they would maybe crack a smile

Needlessly rude. I just wanted a particular type of condom. Found what I wanted. Good. Tried to sell me a better value bigger box. Had to spend 20 seconds working out a ' huge' 15% discount before telling me the price. I opted for the original choice and was admonished for wasting his time. I was the only customer in the shop so it wasn't that he was rushed. Just pissy service. Thanks'

Always friendly and helpful and central to the local sauna so ideally placed for business

Very clique. Guy behind the counter just sat reading a magazine.
Rather sleazy and an uncomfortable feeling. Found what I was looking for but much much dearer than elsewhere.
Overall feeling, would not recommend it. Very little choice. I don't actually think the shop knows what it is.

The only place in the whole country that had what I wanted in stock! Delivery was reasonable and packaging was professional.

Bought online once and in person many times and always been a good experience. A technical error caused my payment to be taken twice but I was immediately given a refund for the duplicate payment and given 3 free products as an apology. Always been excellent customer service.
