I found Tracy Thompson, our mortgage broker, unfailingly helpful over a long period as we were trying to find the right property. She gave us very useful information and insights into our options and secured a good rate for us. I would recommend her and I would go to her again.

I needed a remortgage after getting divorced so Rachel quickly found me a suitable mortgage. The tricky part were the 2 charges were on the property from my Ex husbands debt and so I came up against some roadblocks; Bipen was a fantastic help in speaking with the mortgage lenders conveyancer’s and reassuring me when it got quite stressful. Thank you Rachel & Bipen! All got completed in 3 months but that was due to the complications of the situation.
