Very good service

Purchase made easy, delivery as promised, goods exactly as required. Now fitted with satisfaction all round. Thankyou.

I've used them before and find them very helpful if I have any queries - always good communication, their prices are good, and delivery is via a reliable courier, not one that throws it over your fence!

Always a worry that what you see on line is what you get when it arrives but this light/door number met expectations. Good quality and looks great as long as you can align the vinyl numbers.

A customer first experience at its best. From the ease of the Webb site to the quality of product at a excellent price.

the product arrived on time, was easy to fit and worked

Good service, good communications, good range of products.

The goods received were as advertised and following some damage in transit, replacement was provided within 2 days....... and you can actually talk to a "real person" which is often rare with Internet shopping.

As title says, excellent service, will be placing more orders soon

What more can I say?

Quality products, which were delivered very quickly, at the best price I could find on the net. Thank you.

the company are very good. we had some broken bulbs when they arrived and I spoke with them and they sent out new ones straight away.

Kept up to date when bulbs I wanted weren't in stock , no problem when they needed changing after I got the type of fitting wrong - great .

These fittings were used to modernise older brass eyeball fittings. They were easy to fit and look amazing with the bonus of allowing the use of led GU10s.

I ordered 7 lights and they came in record time Good quality and low price

Crompton cooker hood LED bulbs - Luma beat everyone on price and the transaction was trouble free. Will use again.
