I did not realize I had made a mistake
I did not realize I had signed up for automatic monthly deliveries and automatic monthly bank drafts. I was startled when I realized my mistake. I reached out immediately to the company, and I explained my issue. The first surprise was that I was able to reach someone immediately. The second surprise was that they were kind and took care of my mistake right then. No questions asked! Amazing! I hope to do business with this company more.

Be sure that you understand Luma‘s Refund Policy
Be sure that you understand Luma‘s return policy. From my experience, they will only give a 100% refund on your entire order if you have saved all of the empty bottles. You will have to return all bottles at your expense to Luma and hope that you get the hundred percent refund. If you don’t have all of the bottles from your original order, you will only get a 100% refund on any bottles with pills still in them when you ship them back at your expense, they do give a 50% refund if you don’t want to ship the bottles back. I will say that I believe their products are quality and their shipping is good.

Here's our guarantee in plain language: 90 days, full refund, and yes — we ask for the bottles back, empties included. That's how we've always run it, but reading your review, it's clear the terms aren't spelled out plainly enough before someone buys. That's on us to fix, not on you to figure out after the fact.
