DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They use fake adverts, advertising quality clothing and then send you a cheap rip off version. When you challenge this, you get fed story after story on promises that they never keep. Have been waiting for a refund for weeks. Not to be trusted. Please ensure you follow this advice. This is a true review from someone who has lost a considerable amount of money from giving this company the time of day!!

Extremely poor quality . Do not buy. Nothing like in the commercials they have on insta. Cheap fabric sold expensive as good quality .

1 star. This company is like a complete scam.

I placed an order weeks ago and never received the product, any valid tracking information, or any real update. Every response from customer service was just a generic excuse about “logistics delays” and they refused to issue a refund.

I contacted them multiple times and was repeatedly told the package was “on the way,” yet nothing ever arrived. At this point, it seems like they are simply stalling customers instead of solving the issue.

Very unprofessional and highly suspicious experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Lumérisa.

No updates on my order after 2 weeks. Comments being deleted on their social media. Its a scam

I’ve ordered 2 weeks ago and still didn’t get any information about parcel, now my emails are being ignored when i ask about any information and my comments on social media are being removed do not order. It’s a scam

Eine Bestellung bei dieser Marke kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Bestellung vom 03.03.26, bis heute keine Ware und keine Antwort auf meine E-Mails oder Nachrichten. Ware kommt wohl aus dem Osten… Widerruf ist eingereicht, Rückerstattung bisher nicht erhalten. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert
