Brilliant service from Gianni .
Always quick to respond and professional . Recently helped me sort an image problem out on website.
Would definitely recommend!

Was completely mis-sold. Got promised the world by the salesman Keith who sold it to me, after already being doubtful of these type of people.
So I said I would create my domain and google page which I was told not to it will be taken care of for me, little did I know they done this to keep a hold of you and to make moving difficult.
Countless back and forth email interactions to tell them pictures do not fit , pictures are fuzzy etc they just kept sending over complete dribble to get the second invoice paid with no care in the world.
I was also told that the website price was the price after I said I was not paying a penny more which was fine up until I was told I had to create my own website content as this was not included lol. So the £600 was supposed to be for a smooth easy quick website with content and SEO optimisation with a google business page. Spent months getting the below average website online and fixed. Had to create my own content. Had to finish the google business page as it was created terribly in minutes just to shut me up and my website is not to be found anywhere online. So overall terrible experience which I did to save me time but cost me loads in the long run. My website was live for two weeks but they would not let me gain access to my domain for work reasons so I spent even more time trying to move. So a 10month process or so to end up getting about two weeks of a bad website then moving on. Could have used fiverr for half the price and half the hassle with a good website and SEO optimisation. STAY AWAY!

The company responded promptly to my request for changes to my website and made those changes perfectly first time

Just a quick reveiw to say a great job done for my website by Jackie and Anivash. Was a bit hesitant at 1st but really pleased with the outcome of my site. Great communication and always happy to help with any issues. If youre thinking of getting a website then I highly reccomend ElevateOM

Always helpful, quick to respond and make any requested updates to my company website.

My Experience with ElevateOM has been great, I love the way the team works together to help me achieve what I want and very understanding when I didn’t get back to them on time. What a great team I love you guys thanks for making my site great 👍.

Kind Regards

Efe

From start to finish the service was spot on and professional. My new website was built exactly as specified and nothing was too much trouble. The price point was particularly good too. For a new business start up extremely happy.

Lawrence Secjadas ,did an amazing job with my website and knew exactly what I was looking for ,with my website and I would recommend Elevate ,to anyone for their helpful ,professional, approach

They responded very quickly to my problem and showed me how to resolve it

I contacted this company late 2025. Their website purports to be professional & appears to be UK based.I required to have a professional services website to be created. What I got was far from that. It was apparent that I was dealing with sub-contractors who were not based in the UK.Having had experience of dealing with people whose English is not their native language previously, there’s a communication issue. In this instance also a competence issue about providing those services required. I’ve requested refund to my card provider upon two occasions previously. I’ve been ignored & have now requested chargeback by my card provider. I would recommend not to use this company. What they offer is not what received. I’d probably say that it’s verging upon a scam that provides services that it is not able to provide.

very efficient team, pleasure to work with if anything i slowed them down! Can confidentally refer them to my colleagues -keep up the good work guys!

I’m really enjoying working with Jackie and Avinash at ElevateOM. Jackie has been incredibly supportive and keeps me updated on timelines as my website is being built. Avinash works behind the scenes using his technical expertise to make sure everything is created exactly how I’ve envisioned it.

No amendment is ever too small, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to get things just right. This is the second time I’ve created a website, but it’s my first experience with ElevateOM, and so far the process has been smooth and seamless.

I would highly recommend them - especially Jackie and Avinash - to anyone looking for a professional, friendly team that genuinely cares about bringing your website vision to life.

I'm having a terrible experience with the company. They were very attentive and responsive in the beginning when I wanted a website. I do not like my website at all. Due to the coding on Wordpress it's very difficult for me to fix it myself. I pay for monthly hosting and support but they either are slow to respond or ignore me completely. I'm very unhappy with the service.

Quick responses to questions and queries. Happy to change or add things that I thought of even if it was changing work that was already done.

Fantastic dedicated team! Super happy with my brand new website.
They made the whole process simple and easy to understand.

• Good overall service with professional results. Communication was great, though some features were limited.

Very cooperative and with team work spirit.

The team at elevate have been extremely vigilant in creating my website and helping me with all the extra element that go with it. Even with my poor communication at times they have persisted given me a brilliant bespoke website

This was a tricky thing to do arranging an Eventbrite page for multiple events and publishing them on social media. Jodi was brilliant. She was really helpful and worked very hard to get everything set up in a short space of time.Other staff were also helpful in setting up social media pages.

If I could give them minus, they absolutely deserve it, I’m not technical at all and hoped they world help from start to finish how wrong , if your looking for help those are not the website people I’m not technical at all , but now I have to learn as they are no help at all after paying over £1000 disappointing
