Habe ein Zahnbürstenset bestellt und leider war die gesendete Zahnbürste defekt und ließ sich nicht normal einschalten. Daraufhin habe ich mein Problem per Formular eingemeldet. Keine Antwort innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit. Danach habe ich mich telefonisch beim Kundenservice gemeldet. Dort wurde ich extrem unfreundlich angeschnauzt - weitere Hilfe bekam ich dort auch nicht. Ich war bereits kurz davor das Gerät wegzuwerfen und einfach ein Neues einer anderen Marke zu kaufen. Dann kam plötzlich eine Mail nach über 4! Wochen, dass ich die Zahnbürste zurückschicken kann und mir mittels Code eine Neue aussuchen kann. Ich bestellte also nochmal die Gleiche - die angeblich erst wieder Ende Februar 2026 lieferbar sein sollte. Besagte Zahnbürste kam auf einmal doch 7 Werktage später an. Diesmal nur mit abgeändeter Verpackung und anders designter Ladestation und dafür ohne Netzteil. Für das hatte ich eigentlich im defekten Set bezahlt und war dort dabei. Wieder habe ich angerufen - wieder bin ich angeschnauzt worden. Heute habe ich dann noch einen freche Mail bekommen, dass das jetzt auf einmal ihre Nachhaltigkeitsmission ist und ich so ein Netzteil zu Hause haben sollte (Habe ich nicht weil USB-A die einzigen sind die viele rumliegen haben). Kein Ausgleich, keine Einsicht nur freche Ansagen. Ganz ehrlich glaube ich dass dieses Zahnbürstenmodell einfach eine Fehlproduktion war und daher eine überarbeitete Version ausgesendet wurde, die ebenfalls in allen Qualitätsfragen unterirdisch ist. Nie mehr und lernts mal mit euren Kunden in einem anständigen Ton sprechen.

That was a biggg upgrade from my normal boring toothbrush. Way faster and more effective. Works nicely with braces too!! Would recommend!!

This toothbrush is amazing! Works so well and cleans all my teeth quickly and at once. They’ve never felt cleaner and healthier! Would 100% recommend!

Sorry my english is not good but i can try!😅 okay so the toothbrush is the best thing i ever have tried it is so easy to use and is so quick when you dont have much time! Like in the morning i am really tried and slow and used to use much time on brushing but now i can just use like 30 sek-1 min!! It takes away all your food in your teeth and i think everyone need that toothbrush!! All your food in your teeth is gone, you save time, your breath smells good and You Are happy!! BUY NOW!!!🥰🥰🥰

This so-called device just vibrates and doesn't clean anything, if you press it with your teeth it just vibrates. If you turn it on and it's not in your mouth, you can see it everywhere. It should clean well, but if you squeeze it, it just vibrates and doesn't clean anything. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been using this cleaner for my retainer, and it works amazingly well. It removes buildup and odors quickly, leaving my retainer feeling fresh and spotless. Easy to use! Highly recommend!
