Total rip off! Paid for 2 pairs of trainers and 6 weeks later still nothing despite numerous emails! The company are fake and just intent on scamming customers. Don't deal! My bank getting involved regarding fraud!

What is the point in having a returns policy when they do not accept returns. The item was the wrong size to what I order and nothing as describe,poor quality. Offered to return them having contacted customer services but apparently they cannot accept returns due to items being lost. Offered to send it tracked but nope I cannot do that either. Cannot get my money back, they offered me 25 percent which i refused and then 30 percent. I would rather send them back and have 100 percent refund as per policy but not avaialble. Complete rip off of a company do not buy from them

This company shoul not be trading at all what you see in the pics is not what comes to your home,I tried to send them back but they wouldn't accept it so I've had to raise a dispute with my bank try get the money back that way

Ordered ADIDAS TRAINING SHOES from Lumvora, I'm still waiting😡, sent several e-mails without reply, paid my money, have nothing to show. Have asked several times for refund without any reply.....😡, more or less convinced now ITS A SCAM!!

Dont buy from this company Advertised trainers as Adidas Classics on Tic Tok, what arrived was a cheap trainer made in a Chinese Sweat Shop with 2 stamps on the trainer sayiing Adidas, asked them for a full refund, they said id have to return the item at my own expense which would cost more than what I paid for the trainer, to be honest i ordered 3 pair the other 2 have never arrived and they still aint offered a refund for them

Would never buy off this company again.ordered 2 pairs of adidas trainers they are fake nothing like the pictures on the website at all.its a scam I would advise everybody not to shop here you will be disappointed

Scam Site.

Cr9p quality Adidas rip off trainers arrived and they were too small. This came through Facebook and stupidly i didnt check Trust Pilot first. Product was not as advertised and when I contacted and asked for full refund and that I would return item I got this response as per Billy and others

False advertisements, what i received is not what was advertised.I attempted to purchase adidas trainers to the price of £39.what I actually received are poor quality trainers looking a little bit like Adidas but definitely not authentic. What a total rip off

Your company are Scammers. You advertise items that you do not sell. You are aware of what you are doing, but it is all about scamming people for their money. I bought a lacoste jacket that looks nothing like product advertised.

Buy beware cheap products not as advertised. Bought some trainers and they were not as described and cheaply made. You also have to pay for return shipping to china which in my case would have been half of what I paid.

BE AWARE………If you order from this company you will not receive what they are advertising.ordered two pairs of adidas trainers and what arrived was absolutely appalling and look nothing like their advertisement.Asked for a refund and got offered a 25% partial refund…..AVOID AT ALL COST

Purchased two pairs of trainers from Lumvora late June and they apparently tried to deliver them on 8th July but the tracking said it failed as they could not enter the Geofence whatever that is? Upon emailing them to see when they would attempt to deliver again I received what must be an automated response saying the are looking in to it. Nothing for a couple of days so emailed again and got the exact same response word for word. It’s is now 21st July and they have still not been delivered and now my emails are being ignored. Trying to request a refund but again no response. No contact number to speak to anyone. Absolute scam!!!
