Waited almost 3 weeks for an incomplete order. Using the excuse "it's a busy time" is not good enough. Make up was also split and had an unpleasant smell. Won't be ordering again

16 days and haven’t received order.
Ordered on 14th November and it’s 1st December with nothing after being delivered. Can’t rate what I haven’t received. Only just received tracking to say it’s on the way but the courier hasn’t actually received the goods. So don’t order if you need something quickly.

Delivery is atrocious- ordered shortly after the sale started and it took 2 weeks to dispatch. Very very poor.

Order took over two weeks to arrive
Order took over two weeks to arrive, I appreciate that it was during a busy time but still seems a bit excessive. After waiting this length of time just before it was dispatched I receive a email to advise that three products were now out of stock. I would advise for a better system going forward to manage your stock in busy times and to practice due diligence so that it doesn't happen to any other paying customers going forward.
