Responds quickly and very easy process

I discovered Lunarcat Company through an internet thread for proxies. The item(s) I wanted were only available in Japan so I reached out privately to inquire about their services. As having recently received my ordered products, I have the following to review: I can 100% guarantee that your order and time will be respected by this company! Their response times are highly commendable and would kindly explain/answer any questions I had. The pricing is affordable (we're in that tariff era) and the process could not have been any easier with their website.

I was looking for a proxy service that could buy me items in advance for very anticipated items from Pokemon Center, Lunarcat updated me, they got my items within 5 mins. I had a very positive experience with Lunarcat for in person (offline) shopping services in Japan. For me personally, they couldn't find the items I wanted at one store. They were quick to communicate and refunded me the fees, even though they still went and looked for it. I found the items at another store and placed another order with them which went smoothly. This sounds silly, but the Cat, has misplaced his favorite toy.... This little Giraffe that makes a little chirping noise.

The Cat was - Devastated. We flipped the house upside down. The recovery mission sadly, was unsuccessful.

In the search for a new Giraffe, we could only find them for sale in South Korea. I attempted to order myself and have it shipped to San Diego, but that was a No-Go.

I was looking around for a proxy service that could buy items from Japanese auctions and ship them to me in Europe. I was very surprised when i found out that all proxy services would decline buying and shipping airsoft guns and by looking around on the internet i stumbled on Lunarcat and they were clear about the fact they were specialized in buying and shipping items that other proxy services wouldn't dare touch (including airsofts). Site is very easy to use, you simply have to find the product you want, put the link (and maximum bid you can put for the auction) then they will purchase it or put your bid for it. Customer support is very good and i insist on this part, VERY GOOD. I had multiple questions about throughout the whole process and they always were there to answer to me about potential issues with shipping and such, they collected my 3 items i asked for them to put and ship them together, received them straight from Japan not even 3 days after (the whole process took 13 days, from registering to receiving the products).
If you need to use their services you will really not regret it. Top level service all accross

lunarcat company was very communicative and very professional with my order. It was an event order from Osaka and they were always updating me on the process and answered all my inquiries , being very patient. The package and one item had a bit of an issue when it arrived. After contacting them , they provided me with compensation and were very professional about everything. Their in-person shopping service is also super competitive, honestly the lowest I’ve seen so far.
Lunar also go the extra mile to help keep tabs on the shipping/delivery status (I had a personal issue with the delivery and lunar was aware of it as they track the status personally , think most proxy doesn’t do this? )
