Originally we dealt with Claire as we made enquiries to sell our caravan. Lovely lady, helpful and friendly, Luna Statics offered us £4500 for our van which we accepted.
Our park offered us £1200 which was a real kick in the teeth after 22 years loyalty.
We were made unemployed and there was no prospects round the corner.

Fortunately we're in better times and we successfully renegotiated the next two years ground rent so we decided to back out of selling.

Steve gave us a call and was really understanding, a true gentleman.
We will keep Luna Statics in mind and contact them in two years time.

Can't fault them in anyway at all, excellent service, communication and empathy. I just wish more companies operated like these guys do.

Steve did a great job in finding a buyer for our caravan. Easy and pleasant to deal with.

I contacted this company and ended up speaking to Steve, his honesty from word go was refreshing. I told him the amount of credit I had outstanding and the settlement figure.

Telling me exactly what my static is worth and that selling to themselves wouldn’t be beneficial to myself but explained a different option I could go down in which he was 100% correct in saying so as I pursued this avenue and all my stresses have disappeared at a smaller financial hit.
I’ve taken the time to write this as they spoke themself out of the sale to benefit me and felt this would be a great way to repay the 20 mins steve took to talk to me

This company keeps on giving got an extra £50 after referral wasn’t necessary, so if anyone has any caravans for sale this is the company to use

The sale of our caravan was a sensitive sale emotionally for our family. I recently purchased a new house that had a static caravan included with it, I had no use for the caravan so was looking to sell it. The problem as it turned out was the caravan had been sited in a very rural part of Wales and access to it was very difficult. Luna Caravans were very professional, offered a good price and stuck with the purchase even though it took 3 attempts to remove the caravan!! Thank you to both Steve and Claire for sticking with us and getting the caravan moved!

It was a great service from start to finish, they were quick, responsive, very professional and very competitive on the value of my caravan.
Given that this was my first caravan sale transaction conducted outside of the park we were sited, I guess I had some reservations of such a high value item to sell. However, they paid a deposit, paid before the van left the site and confirmed all was cleared before anything left the park, so I hope this review helps easy any worries that you have. Overall, I'd highly recommend for any caravan purchase.

An absolute pleasure to do business with. I needed to sell our static caravan, was offered a quite pathetic trade price by the park I was on. I tried to sell it privately on the park and had two families who desperately wanted it but were put off by the pathetic rental charge the park would make them pay for buying privately rather than buying direct from them.

I contacted two potential on-line buyers one being Luna Statics and they gave me a much better price than the other one.

In fact the amount offered would have been the same as selling privately because I would have had to pay the park a percentage plus VAT which would have reduced the price I received from them by quite a bit.

Payment was made promptly direct into my bank account.

So top marks to Luna Statics I very much doubt I could have got better.

I had a static caravan to sell and this company gave me a good price, they kept in touch regularly, even when things were delayed at my end. I can’t recommend this company high enough! An absolute pleasure to do business with.

Went very well but collection could have been better.
Was kept up to date though and paid as promised.

Brilliant communication throughout. Claire asked me what I would like to get for my static caravan and she promised to do her best to get me that figure. True to her word she found a buyer quickly who agreed to pay what I asked and the money was in my account the very same day. Highly recommend.
