Avoid this company. I placed an order worth £50.00. They were unable to fulfil the order. And have refused to refund my money. I have sent several emails to request the refund, but they just ignore them. Be adfvised their stock levels on the website are NOT in real time. So if the item you want is not in stock, you may just lose your money. Not worth the risk. There are better companies out there. Go search them out guys and avoid these thieves like the plague.

Ordered on the 11th May, waited 3 weeks for delivery, packed oin the 26th May delivered June.
Emailed many times, no reply. Did the same with social media and still nothing. Communication goes along way

I placed my order and received confirmation email with parcel tracking details. The parcel was delivered a head of schedule which is a bonus these days.
The quality of Lure Menswear is exceptional , keeps it shape comfortable to wear and a prefect fit. There is a great range of colours and I will be definitely purchasing more.

Having placed my order I received a confirmation email and parcel tracking details. My package was received a day before the due date! What more could you ask for? Excellent service.
The best is the briefs fit perfectly and even though I say it myself I look and feel great in them!

Did not recieve my money back
I have ordered my order. My order was lost and untrackable they cancelled it and I got my money back but the returrned just for some undies. I did not recieve money back for pne pair. It was not return by my side, it was not delivered, they got the same package they packed. They stopped to communicate with me. !!!

EDIT: after the reply of lure menswear, I send them an email to the email address they have provided me (btw the same I used several months)
My order number is 7558.
They are not responding to the emails. I have no email to my spam folder.

I placed my annual order at the end of the year and received half in the incorrect size.
I reached out to the support team who provided a delivery notice to replace. There was a delay in replacement however communication was continuing.
The quality of the underwear is some of the best I have ever had. Support was helpful and I’m very happy. I will continue to remain a customer of this brand.
