My order has been lost through Evri
My order has been lost through Evri, the courier used to deliver. Reached out to both Evri and lure regarding this and neither have returned my messages. So I spent over £50 for nothing and no one is responding to my emails or chat bot messages about where my parcel is or what I can do about it. Great service on both sides

Did not recieve my money back
I have ordered my order. My order was lost and untrackable they cancelled it and I got my money back but the returrned just for some undies. I did not recieve money back for pne pair. It was not return by my side, it was not delivered, they got the same package they packed. They stopped to communicate with me. !!!

EDIT: after the reply of lure menswear, I send them an email to the email address they have provided me (btw the same I used several months)
My order number is 7558.
They are not responding to the emails.

Disappointed that when my order was…
Disappointed that when my order was received half of the order was totally different. Different items, size and colour. Sent them a messages well before closing time. First time ordered from them and will probably be the last.
Lure did get in contact and sorted the issue out quickly and because of how they felt with my issue I will order from them in the future. Their products are comfortable and good quality

As we mentioned in our email, we responded within hours of your message and arranged for the correct items to be sent the next day — with no need to return the incorrect briefs, and you received new tracking details as soon as they were dispatched. Placed my second order with lure Mens underwear arrived very quickly with in two days. Quality of the underwear is 95% cotton 5% Spandex which gives a great feel on your body. Would highly recommend them so stylish.

Very happy with Lure menswear. Just received my order. Very well designed briefs and feeling great (very soft and breathable fabric). Nice range of colours (just as on the website's pics) and arrived within the time frame specified on the order. Nice, discreet packaging (each brief individually wrapped). Very happy with sizing: size ordered fits me perfectly. The waistband is firm but not tight, giving solid support without discomfort. I would definitely recommend.

Not enough room for comfort.
Purchased size small as 30" waist. Fits great on the waist but there just isn't enough room in the underwear making them uncomfortable. Shame as they look nice. Just be mindful and don't buy five pairs like I did as they can't be returned.

Bought 4 pairs of briefs size small…
Bought 4 pairs of briefs size small (30" waist).
The sizing of the waist is perfect, however there isn't much room in the front... So things are a little displaced and uncomfortable.
The boxers are better in the front.
Shame really as they look nice. But comfort is more important ☹️
