As a small business, the team works hard to ensure all customer orders are dispatched efficiently and this order was dispatched on time by us, we do rely on third party couriers to carry out the shipping aspect of the operation, we have tried our best to get this order to you as quickly as possible.
I believe YODEL queried the delivery address which we confirmed with you and called YODEL to advise them that the address you provided was correct (all within a 24 hour time period).

Love this brand!
I stumbled across Lure for the first time on Instagram a few weeks ago and loved the look of the designs, but what stood out more was the diversity of body types among their models. There are a lot of brands out there that only show ripped gods with giant bulges in their marketing, and often times the product is uncomfortable and unflattering….Lure’s products looked great on the various body types in their marketing shots, and in all the shots of customers who were tagging Lure. It was also nice to see Lure sharing and interacting with these posts as well, not just the posts of the athletic looking people…because people without six packs deserve to have underwear they feel sexy in too!!!
Anyway, I placed a fairly large order for my first go - I’m in Australia so when I find a brand I like I tend to order in bulk to maximise any shipping discounts. I ordered 8 jocks and 4 briefs, and I’m obsessed!!! The vibrant colours match what was shown on the website, the quality of the fabric feels really nice, and the fit is very comfortable. One comment - their website notes that if you are between sizes, they suggest ordering the smaller of the two…I would heed this advice. I’m ‘in between’ a L and an XL but have bought XL in other brands lately and my measurements are closer to that size, so I ordered XLs. There is a very small amount of bunching in the waistband and the leg elastics/straps when bending or moving around. It’s not enough to be visually noticeable or uncomfortable, and would obviously depend on the measurements of the individual, but I’d say they are a larger fit compared to other brands. I’ll order a L for myself next time, and I will definitely be keeping an eye out for the next range drop :)

Excellent product and service
This was my first order and I was a bit unsure about the sizing as most mens underwear sites - the large will barely fit a 32” waist. The team were very quick in answering my email about the sizing and the sizing is great - a real medium (proper sizing).
Order arrived on time and the products are great, will definitely order again.

I have never tried experienced such a bad service. I had to ask three times where my order was because it never arrived. Even after the said to contact me if there was news. Finnaly after a month the package was lost so I asked for refund. No refund yet because the have to wait till the delivery service which they hired refunds them the money. Why? Just pay me because you did not deliver and sort it out with your choosen courier. And to be clear I paid for customs.

Thanks for your feedback, sorry to hear of your negative experience.
After looking into this, I can see that the parcel was held up at customs on arrival in Holland, unfortunately, this is something that is outside of our control and is due to stricter checks after Brexit imposed by the Netherlands Authority.
I can see on the tracking, that once the parcel had cleared customs, you were asked to pay a €8 customs fee before it could be delivered. We do advise that custom fees are not included and should be paid locally by the customer, again, this is something that lies outside of our control.
Unfortunately, you opted not to pay the customs fees imposed by the Netherlands Authorities and refused delivery of the parcel at which point you raised a refund request with ourselves. We advised, we can offer you a refund, but only once the parcel has been returned to us by the courier and as this was a refusal of delivery - the courier has advised it can take upto 30 days for the parcel to be sent back to the UK.
We have answered your emails & communication quickly and apologise for the delay, unfortunately, we have no control over custom fees.
