Actually called them and spoke to a real person.. there were typing errors on the front of the card that I couldn’t change. Anyway, they sorted it and sent the card really quickly! excellent.

If I could give 10 stars…
The AI generated, personalised card arrived in super quick time but the image was positioned a little too high, meaning the top of a head was cut off.
I got in touch with Lush Lobster and within seconds, I had a reply to say a new card was on its way.
Feeling like I might be asking too much, I replied, asking if it might be possible that the colour of one of the image details was changed.
No problem!
Not only that, I was sent a gift for *my* trouble!
The second card arrived and again - very quickly.
It is perfect.
10 stars from me if I could 😄

First time I have used Lush Lobster. They have a very good selection of cards for most occasions which can be easily personalised.
I had an issue checking out but contacted the company via phone & message. They were very quick to answer an were very patient while I went through the process to resolve the issue.

Pleasantly surprised
Although the website isn’t customer friendly, i am glad that I persevered.
I created my own AI generated card and although I wasn’t sure what it would really look like (as you can’t enlarge), I was extremely pleased with the result. The image was super and the card is fabulous quality, I would have ordered a larger version, but there wasn’t an option.
I will most definitely be ordering again in the future.

Great service
Initially had a problem with card which was rectified when I contacted the company and Alex emailed me to first correct it and afterwards contacted me several times to check I had received card etc and was happy with it
Card is perfect thank you just what I wanted for my grandson and wouldn’t be able to buy anywhere else thank you!
Will definitely use this company again

Fantastic customer service and care🌟Delivery was not showing up, contacted customer service and straight away gave me an apology, sent another out 24h tracked then gave me a free card and 20% off gifts
Not seen the item I ordered yet as it’s not the recipient’s birthday yet but if it’s as good as the preview order it will be just what I wanted.
Highly recommend, planning my next order this week
