ACHTUNG: Fake-Shop! Ihr bestellt - bekommt aber nichts.
Bloß nicht bestellen! Habe am 30.3. die Foundation geordert; Lieferzeit war mit 7 Tagen angegeben - es ist natürlich bis heute nichts angekommen. Erst als ich den Paypal-Käuferschutz, aufgrund zahlreicher Negativ-Bewertungen hier und auch auf Facebook, eingeschaltet habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man leider nicht mehr stornieren könne, da die Ware (angeblich) auf dem Weg sei. Diese kommt übrigens aus New York!! Wie dem auch sei: ich habe gottlob mein Geld über Paypal wieder zurückbekommen und kann nur jeden warnen, dort zu bestellen.

Lieferung wurde immer wieder verschoben, Produkt angeblich geliefert aber nicht erhalten.

1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Ich habe mich wirklich auf die vielversprechende Foundation 2x mit gratis Pinsel gefreut. Am 25.03.26 bestellt, bis heute nichts angekommen. Keine Reaktion auf meine Mail. Zum Glück habe ich das Geld über PayPal zurück bekommen.

Großer Ärger mit Luxe Cosmetics: Bestellt, bezahlt und nicht geliefert
Ich habe am 21. März etwas bei Luxe Cosmetics gekauft. Lieferzeit war mit 7 Tagen angegeben. Ich warte immer noch auf die Ware oder eine verlässliche Rückmeldung, wann ich die Ware erhalten werde. Stornieren kann ich auch nicht mehr. Unglaublich schlechter Kundenservice. Wenn möglich, würde ich eine 0 Sterne Bewertung abgeben.

Bestellung LC130154DE vom 17.3. immer noch nicht erhalten. Auf 3 Mailnachfragen immer nur KI-generierte Standardantworten. Sehr enttäuscht. Niemals wurde erwähnt, dass die Lieferung aus den USA kommt. Das hätte ich sonst niemals bestellt!

Leider kein Produkt erhalten, auf eine Mail wurde geantwortet allerdings ohne Liefertermin, habe jetzt nach 2 Wochen meine Bestellung storniert und warte auf die Rückzahlung, schade hätte unheimlich gerne ausprobiert ob sie wirklich so gut ist aber bei den ganzen schlechten Bewertungen der letzten Tage, nehme ich lieber den Käuferschutz von PayPal

Es ist unglaublich. Auch nach so vielen schlechten Bewertungen, wird nichts geändert. Ich habe die Foundation 2 zum Preis für eine am 20. März bestellt,mehrmals nachgefragt und bis heute nichts erhalten. In der Bestätigung steht 7 Tage Versand. Ob ich die Foundation noch erhalte ist zweifelhaft. Vielleicht ein gutes Produkt, aber ein ungleiblich schlechter Service. Absolut keine Kaufempfehlung.

Lieferung nicht ansatzweise im angegebenen Lieferzeitraum. Nicht mal verschickt wurde das Produkt.
Nachdem über den Shopify Shop keine Stornierung möglich ist, werden wir zu anderen rechtlichen Mitteln greifen müssen.
Absolut kein seriöser Händler, rechtliche Vorgaben werden komplett mit Füßen getreten.

Neuerdings Müll!
Ich war jahrelang zufrieden mit dem Lashlifting-Set. Neuerdings funktioniert da allerdings nichts mehr - die Klebepads halten nicht, der Kleber hält nicht, damit ist das Lifting unmöglich. Ich darf jetzt zwei Sets wegschmeißen und werde nie wieder bestellen.

GRÖSSTER MIST neuerdings! Ich war jahrelang begeistert vom Lash Lift Kit (vor allem bei sehr geraden Wimpern!), aber die neue Version funktioniert leider gar nicht mehr.
Der Kleber hält kaum (hat früher gehalten!) und die neuen Pads haben null Halt (sind neuerdings aus Silikon!).
Habe LuxeCosmetics auch geschrieben (innerhalb Rückgabefrist) und leider nie eine Antwort bekommen… UNBRAUCHBAR! Sehr schade als langjährige Kundin.

Hab Foundation bestellt, bisher nichts verschickt, erste Antwort vom Kundendienst: unser Spediteur hat leider blablabla, dann 1. Bewertung abgegeben, darunter haben sie dann geantwortet, ich hätte Vorbestellartikel bestellt - es sei so gestanden - na zum Glück hab ichs gescreenshotet - da stand und steht Versand innert 2 Tagen, nichts von Vorbestellung - also ist mein Vertrauen weg und ich will Geld zurück, so wie sie es unter meiner ersten Bewertung angeboten haben - aber auf meine Mail antwortet diesbezüglich natürlich wieder niemand. Es ist das letzte Mal dass ich auf beschissene Werbung reinfalle - ohne Paypal bezahl ich nie mehr an eine solche Firma. Das ist Abzocke und wahrscheinlich üble Dropshipping Billigstware. Das kommt mir nicht auf die Haut! Ich will mein Geld zurück oder melde es der Konsumentenzeitschrift K-Tipp!
Nachtrag: Nachdem man meine Bitte nach Stornierung ignoriert hat, war dann die Sendung schon unterwegs, und Rückerstattung so nicht möglich. So ein Bullshit!! Und dann noch versendet mit Wanbang, dem miesesten Spediteur. Never again!

Ware kommt nicht, trotz Mahnung.
Ich habe vor 2 Wochen eine Fondation bestellt. Sie sollte innerhalb von 2 Werktagen geliefert werden.
Die dazugehörende Rechnung habe ich nie erhalten, aber per PayPal bezahlt.
Die Sendungsverfolgung funktioniert nicht. Auf 3 Faches anmahnen, habe ich nun storniert und mitgeteilt, dass ich vom Kaufvertrag zurücktrete.
Es kommen immer nur hinhalte Mails, die auch noch Nachts versendet werden. Absolut unseriös. Nun habe ich PayPal kontaktiert und hoffe auf diesem Wege auf Erstattung. 🫣
